your account) When you showed up at the hotel, you had two adults and three children The room you reserved is a king size bed and sleeps only two not fiveFor your protection, and our protection, the correct amount of people is needed in each room We were unable to move you to a room that sleeps five because we were sold out of rooms with two bedsI understand how frustrated your family felt not having a room Our clerk informed me that he called the ***, just down the road from our hotel, which is part of the Choice family and they had rooms available We explained that you should call Choice and reserve the room at the *** We are unable to cancel the Choice Point rooms, so when Choice called us to verify that we were unable to move you to another room, they cancelled the room on July 18, (Again, Choice let me know that they put the forty-eight thousand points back into your account.)I understand how not having your cell phone working is upsetting to you All around us are mountains, and in the canyon, the one you drove to Loveland, there is no cell service.Thank you for letting me state our side Rhonda J***, CLMFor the J*** Family
