I am rejecting this response because: I stated that I would move rooms when I got off from work and you said that wasn't good enough so I called in work and moved my room like I was askedYou saw the bed bug and still are denying me a refund for the other nights that I was in the room with bed bugsI have photos

This is to inform that Mr. [redacted] made a reservation at out hotel for 5 nights. He checked in on 5/20/15 for 5 nights and stayed in room #333 and paid $ 455.95 He sayed in the room on 5/20, 5/21, 5/22, and on 5/23 he called front desk stating that there is bugs in his room. I sent one of my...

front desk in his room, my front desk rep could not find any thing however mr. [redacted] had a bug in a cup. I asked him if I can change his room right away, he said no he do not have time and will be coming at 10pm on 5/23. I told him I need to have his room changed so we can call ecolab to inspect the room. He said he do not want to remove his stuff. I told him we cannot touch his belongings but we need to change his room. he got mad stating he is getting late to work and hung up the phone. He brought the bug in a cup in the lobby asking for a refund. and arguing with me not willing to change the room til night. I refunded him $91.19 for the previous night inconvenience, then he said he needs the refund for whole 3 nights which he stayed. I told him i will do it for last night only that was for 5/22, he demanded to speak with the owners and was very violent, the lobby was full of people he was yelling at me. I had one of my employee to be with me due to his behavior.I again asked him to change his room he denied and left. The guest came  later demanding the key for the room. I changed his room later he came in the lobby demanding to speak with the owners. He was also demanding his refund, I told him we will refunded his money $91.19 for the previous night stay, since he got violent at me , per management we decided to check him out and refunded  $273.57  on his credit card ie for 5/22 ,  523, 5/24, we only charged the guest for first 2 nights and refunded the money for 3 nights stay. I never told him that we will file a complint if its a false statment. The guest stayed at our hotel for 3 nights and paid for 5 nights, so we charged for first 2 nights and refunded the money for the 3rd night and the remaing nights we do not owe him anything. Review: On August 25, I checked into the Quality Inn, a hotel I had stayed at 3-4 times previously. I had issues with electrical outlets, noise levels and having to get key cards reissued repeatedly (on this last stay, it was 4 times in a row before the front desk attendant helped me get access to my room), but I considered these to be minor inconveniences. On August 25th and 26th, I was bitten over 25 times on my body during the night. The first night, I was bitten 6-8 times, but as they day went on, the bites got worse getting very red and swelling significantly. I got back to the hotel and checked the bed for a spider but I didn't see anything. I didn't know to look in the crevices of the mattress. On the night of the 26th, I got bites all over my body, including 10 on my face alone. I quietly complained to the front desk and was even offered itch cream by the receptionist. Another guest came up to me as I was nearly in tears and pulled up his shirt, revealing a cluster of 20+ bites. They changed my room number and moved my things due to urgency to sanitize. The maid piled all of my muddy, dirty clothes on top of my clean clothes and put them in another room. It took me 4 sets of keys to get into my new room and I wasn't bitten the third night, yet I barely slept due to the extreme allergic reaction I had, and swelling and itching from the bites. I have called 15 or more times to resolve this matter...the manager who took my case initially [redacted]) doesn't work there anymore. The new manager questioned my validity and requested "proof" in the form of pictures and medical bills. 5 days after sending those, I didn't receive a response. I called today and was hung up on and then told I would get an e-mail response. This happened nearly a month ago and their reaction and lack of response is unacceptable. I had tried to resolve this matter calmly, but now I am forced to escalate the issue and inform the health department as well.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my stay from August 25-28, 2015, a reimbursement for medicine purchased for a grand total of $258.40. Cost of hotel for 3 days: $216.12 Costco medicine total: $42.28 Allerclear allergy pills: $12.99 Hydrocortisone anti-itch cream: $5.99 Long-sleeve shirt: $19.99 Hydro Flask Water Bottle that went missing from my hotel room and is pictured below $29.99. Total amount requested: $288.39.

Review: I stayed at the Quality Inn in north Sacramento five nights from June 3 to June 8. At check in, I gave the desk $100.00 cash for their required deposit. During my stay, it took me three tries to finally obtain a wash cloth. Then I spend two days with no hot water which one employee told me would lead to some kind of a refund. So, during check out, and while the desk person looked at the computer screen in front of her we talked about that alleged refund. She said it would have to be resolved later and that I was finished checking out. So I left. Somewhere between there and Redding I remembered the deposit and that I had not gotten it back. I have since made several attempts to recover my money (which a woman named [redacted] admits they owe me) but, even though they say they will mail it to me, I still have not received it. I wrote to the parent company (Choice Hotels International) and they said they would respond within 72 hours. That never happened either. The person there is named [redacted].Desired Settlement: I demand my $100.00 deposit back and I also think I qualify for some kind of compensation for the horrible service (no washclothes no hot water) I had to put up with while there and for currently having to work so hard to recover what belongs to me.

Review: Hello,I booked a hotel through [redacted] for Mothers Day Weekend and choose the Quality Inn Sacramento North since they advised they had a pool and spa and it was open and this really got my attention. I was looking forward to a nice romactic getaway with my hubby, without our 9 month old son and 6 year old daughter. I even called them prior to booking the room to confirm the spa was open and working, and the representative confirmed the spa was open. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared okay, a little old, but okay from the outside. When we got to the room, the carpet was old and dirty looking, the room also had a mildew/moldy spell to it and the walls had small holes and dings all around. Not a nice view at all, but I hung in, no complaints.Me and the hubby go to the spa around 8:00 pm to enjoy a nice hot spa, no kids time to enjoy, right? To Our surpise, the hot tub was cold, and there was only 1 jet that was working. the pool was dirty, leaves all around, so that wasnt an option, so back to the room we go.now, its time to shower and get relaxed. well, the shower drain line was draining very slow, leaving me to stand in 1 foot of dirty water while trying to get cleaned. this is not good. in addition, the hotel towels had stains on them that made me not even want to use them.in addition to all this, the hotel, charged me an additional $50 deposit stating that I smoked in the room. Me nor my hubby smokes, but we did have candles in the room trying to set the mood.with all this that occured on my Mothers day weekend, I feel something needs to be done. I wish I would have stayed home after all this drama, but to take my deposit for no reason, not okay.I live in [redacted] Ca, and just wanted to get out of town for Mothers day and this is what I got.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the fee paid for the room and the $50 deposit they took wrongfully refunded as well

Review: Room # [redacted]: I found hair in between the 'clean' sheets, hair woven into the 'clean' towels/washcloths, a melted spot in the lamp cord from an electrical short and a broken/missing smoke detector. I called the maid to redress my bed- She picked off the long strand of hair and a few I did not see and pulled up the sheet stating that the bed is clean even with hair it came from the laundry.I requested a refund at the desk and the hotel said no, we will upgrade you to a king sized bed in another room Room # [redacted]:THAT room was just aweful too as this is where I saw hair woven into the washcloth.I just couldn't make myself crawl into the bed nor did I want to use the shower/bath due to not wanting to use those towels/washcloths. I just sat in the office type chair until I decided to check out EARLY. I left at 2:00 am. I was only in THIS room four hours. I bagged the bathroom towels/washcloths as I found them and presented them to the hotel desk and showed her exactly what I was complaining about. She said nothing. Then I had to wait till they checked my room BEFORE they would issue my $50 deposit required at time of check in. I was also denied [redacted] Discount although its clearly advertised in their front window.I am appalled at the conditions of the linens. Not only hairs throughout but holes and very visible stains of all sorts on the pillow cases, sheets, towels, & washcloths... Yuck!!Desired Settlement: The money I was out $68-$69 plus a three nights stay in one of their better rooms at a Quality Inn of MY CHOOSING in the future, no expiration dates. At no charge to me.A building inspector, health dept or whomever needs to go through this hotel thoroughly. Also the way they dobusiness needs looking into.

Review: I stayed in the room for 3 nights and on 5/23/15 I woke up and found a bed bug crawling on me. I immediately called the front desk to inform the General Manager [redacted]. They sent somebody up to look and said I need to move rooms. I informed them that I had to leave for work and couldn't pack my stuff up until I returned at 10pm unless they wanted to move my stuff for me. They said that they could not touch my stuff and I would have to move it. I turned my car around because they said I was refusing to leave the room and said that I was fine with being in a room with bed bugs. I got there and got the new room moved everything over. I went to the office to ask if I could speak with the ownership and she said that they would be in around noon. I left and came back to the hotel at noon and she said that she spoke with them and they would not be coming to the hotel. In addition she informed me that they would no longer want me to stay at their facility and to please vacate. I asked why and she said that they did not want me to cause anymore drama and if the EcoLab test for the room came back negative for bed bugs that they would be filing a report against me.Desired Settlement: I want a Full Refund. They would only refund me for 1 night.
