From a recent stay at one of your facilities in Philadelphia Location: Quality Inn Governor Price BlvdLester, PA Reservation Upon arrival, said computer was downCopied card and drivers license which I am still worried aboutThey did provide a room after about an hourFirst room was under construction with intended mattresses stood in the middle of the roomSecond room was a smoking room and my reservation said specifically NSRMThe room smelled like someone just finished smoking in itThe third room was occupied so I did not even have a room and ended up sharing a room with a colleagueThat room was equally filthyThis hotel is obviously owned and operated by a family of goatsThe sows live above the office and use the lobby as their personal TV room, the lobby also smells like sewageThere appears to be about twenty of them thereI could see in the hovel they inhabited and appeared to be disgustingChoice hotels obviously will allow anyone to buy their facilitiesThere is plague of these people in the Philly area buying motels, gas stations and convenience stores and running them into the ground, living on site and making places stink like sewageYour hotels should require some sort of over sight for basic cleanlinessI also waited for minutes on your support line before I hung upI stay in hotels up to nights a year and plan to share my choice hotel story all the timeThat place needs to be closedI am reporting this location to the Revdex.com

I believe this is an issue based more so on the customer service as well as the principle of my refund I booked two rooms at the Quality Inn in Philadelphia on November for the night of November I booked one room for myself and my family (husband and child) and one for my mother and father in their name (***) I was in the processing of moving from serving overseas and would be flying into Philadelphia Airport, where my mother and father would be meeting me to see their grandchild for the night
Upon arrival at the hotel, although appearances were not as advertised, my family and I decided to at least give it a try, check in, and see the conditions of the room They were not up to par to say the least After attempting to get settled into the hotel, unpacking our bag I went into the bathroom and saw a cockroach in the shower I immediately started packing back up all of our belongings and had my husband and father go speak to the clerk at the check in desk

Choice hotels obviously will allow anyone to buy their facilities. There is plague of these people in the Philly area buying motels, gas stations and convenience stores and running them into the ground, living on site and making places stink like sewage. Your hotels should require some sort of over sight for basic cleanliness. I also waited for 20 minutes on your support line before I hung up.
I stay in hotels up to 60 nights a year and plan to share my choice hotel story all the time.
That place needs to be closed. I am reporting this location to the Revdex.com.
