To whom concern: so with this complaint only think we did is charge $for smoking in the room and when every one C/I to our hotel they sign the folio saying that if you smoke in the room there will be a chargeso there was a lots of smoking done in the room when they C/O housekeeping manager want in the room and there was a heavy smell of smoke in the room so then she called the GM to let him know so we can charge the guestso we did't just charge the guest there is few manager gets inloved to figer out if we need to charge or not because some time people smoke out side and then come back in there is allways hint of smell then we don't worry about itbut this room we can smell it down the hall and for that reason we charge them cleaing fee and we couldin't rent that room for three days

A terrible experience! It looked tolerable from the outside, but upon entering the carpets were filthy and the entire building smelled Iike a bathroom in a 3rd world country When we opened the door to our room it reeked of urine The pillows were kind of crusty and smelled filthy and the comforter had cigarette burns and stains on it When we immediately tried to check out we were told by the manager that they would not refund our money, but would put us in another room The poor lady at the desk was very nice and as there were plenty of rooms available had here staff check the next room to make sure it was actually clean Unfortunately he checked rooms before he found one that was kind of clean

I am rejecting this response because:We absolutely did not smoke in the room The manager accused us of a smoke smell of marijuana in the room He is not saying it was cigarette smoke Two of our party do smoke cigarettes However, they did not smoke cigarettes in the room None of us use marijuana, which is what we have been accused of smoking in the room He accused us of "cleaning up" the room to remove evidence of smoking in it, when we simply don't use marijuana I want a full refund for the $I was charged I am willing to take a drug test to prove that I do not use marijuana, if the hotel pays for it I expect a refund and an apology Every person in the room maintains sobriety and has for many years This accusation is hurtful and false

like I said we have a policy that we set and that every one sign for it so we know what we small  in the room and it was not one person we get two manager involed before we charge some one on CC and we did not accuse any one we are just going with our policy.
