Hello, I have stayed at several quality inn's across the US and this has to be the worst. Upon checking out at around 10:00 AM the housekeeper [redacted] arrived. I advised her to not enter the room that we were not done, I took my suitcase to the car and when I returned she was inside our room. She began yelling at us in Spanish to take everything and removed all blankets from the two queen beds stating they were ruined, when I asked her to show me she refused to show me why they were ruined. I told her that's funny considering we didn't even sleep in the second queen bed, the only reason we had to have the two queens was because there were no single king rooms available. She also handed me a towel that had make up on it. and then handed me a bag of chips out of the trashcan. I left to the car, when she did the same to my friend who had stayed in the next room, I went back in the hotel to ask for a manager at that time it was [redacted] and another housekeeper [redacted] or [redacted], she sent [redacted] away. when I complained and asked for a manager she said " no worries no worries she doesn't know what she's doing talk to front desk. I went to the front desk but all they could tell me is that the manager wouldn't be in until Monday and that there is nothing they can do. after three attempts on Monday I finally got ahold of the manager who said there was nothing she could do, I asked her again if she believes her housekeepers should be acting physical like that and handing guests sheets and trash and she wouldn't answer me. she then tried to call me a racial profiler because I told her the housekeeper was Mexican and I also am and could understand what she was saying in Spanish. She said well you don't even know where she's from and I told her that's not what im saying, what im saying is that I do understand and speak Spanish. I asked for a number to her boss or higher up and she said there's not one its just me, so I asked for a cooperate or regional person and she said well you can call corporate but your just wasting you time , they're not going to do anything but make me call you again. I then called corporate explained this whole story and asked that no charges be made until something is done about the employee and how we were treated they said that was fine and that I would receive a call in 72 hrs. I have yet to receive a call. when I called corporate number again they said an email was sent, which I have not received, I also told her I don't want an email I want to speak with someone , even the manager who has yet to call me once after our initial discussion. I am book another trip the end of June and I guarantee I will never stay at a quality inn again, and I have told everyone about this awful experience and the fact that no one wants to do anything about not even one apology.
