Quality Inn & Suites Metro

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel 12/24/thru 12/28/I booked the hotel on Expedia.com The pictures of the rooms looked nice on the internetWhen we arrived to room it didn't look nice, curtains taped here and there, carpets very dirtyLater the commode water was over flowingWe got moved to another room I asked for Refund next day, the worker said Manger was out until Monday she gave us another room we woke up with BITES all over our bodies and faceMonday I told the Manager everything she didn't say much only she could take night offMy husband and I are going crazy with these BITES! There were street people hanging around that Hotel in and outThat Hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN! I personally feel I should not have to pay our night stay!
