I had booked night at the Quality Inn & Suites Seattle Center, a Sunday for an event and wanted to book for the Saturday afterwards - but they were booked up for Saturday night so I booked for the *** *** for the Saturday night insteadThe *** *** was like night and day
I tried to get an early check in at the Quality Inn but was told I could not get one, they then suggested we wait for a room to be cleaned and we sat there for hours and didn't get one until almost PM anyways- regular timeSat there all day pretty muchWhen we did check in we barely had time to change for the event we were here for and the room smelled awful but we were in a rush to get to the eventWhen we got back to the room my son noticed on his bedspread that there was actually "poo" on it!!!!! I stayed at this hotel in June I made my reservation over the phone with a representative of the *** *** companyI was quoted a price and confirmed my reservation When I was given the bill at the hotel, the amount was more than was originally agreed upon and nobody could tell me whyNo manager was on site and the desk employee refused to correct the mistakeI paid the bill and attempted to get the issue resolved over the phone with customer service Two months later, I still haven't gotten my money back I have literally called times and they keep telling me to wait while the matter is being investigated In a previous call, someone told me they would be sending me a check for $(the discrepancy of $plus the additional for the hassle) weeks later, I still haven't received it In my latest call to them, a *** rep said they would resend the check but only for $ I tried to tell them that wasn't the amount the first rep gave me, and even told them I have a

this resolved Since then our Director of Front Office and Manager on Duty have called the 3rd party multiple times and sent emails on your behalf to ensure payment is refunded to you Anna stated during these calls that the payment is being process but they were unable to give and exact date of when this would be complete An additional call was made today to see if there is anything further we can do on the hotel side to get this to you quickly The 3rd party stated that the refund had been processed on their side and that a refund will be available to you soon If you would like, you are more then welcome to reach out to the party that you booked with, give them your confirmation number and have them verify that payment was refunded If you would like assistants with that we would be happy to help

To start, I reserved a room at this hotel a couple weeks before our trip from the Choice Hotels websiteOn the website it stated the hotel had a view of the space needle, a hot tub and a poolI reserved my room ahead of time to be sure we got a high floor with a view of the space needleWe usually stay at another hotel due to me getting a medical discount, but this was a special occasion so we wanted something niceI even took the added measure of adding my request of a view and high floor in the request section of the reservation! The hotel never contacted me to say they did not offer views of the space needleSo after driving all day we get there around 10pm exhaustedThe lady at the front desk very rudely said they had not had a pool or hot tub for YEARS! She also said that they could not provide me a view OR a high floorInstead we were given the smallest room I've ever seen, a view of a load highway, a bathroom so small you couldn't close the door when using the toilet,

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Seattle, WashingtonThe address was John StreetI've been a Choice Member more than two years, and when you make the reservation you are getting the exact price of your stay with taxes included I made this reservation back in February, and they quoted me for my three night stay as $
When we went to check in on August 8th they told us we couldn't check in until approximately 4:pm, and we could leave our luggage with themThis was fine with usUpon our return at approximately 2:am on August 9th the front desk lady stated my reservation was cancelled because the credit card I gave them when I registered for the stay wouldn't process when she ran it earlier that eveningThis card was lost in early July and I offered to give them any card they needed to make it rightShe was very argumentative and persistent saying that our reservation would be cancelledWe argued for well over minutesI even asked her why
