I received your letter in reference to the above case, and, once again, I am trying to stop delivery to this address Please understand this is a Post Office issue; we don't have control over carriers I am working with the PO to rectify this issue, and here is its most recent response to me: I spoke with the mgmtstaff at the Carmel Office and explained to them the seriousness of this and they are reissuing the information to the Carrier for this route and will work harder at making sure this request is executed We apologize that this has created a situation for you with the Revdex.com, please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist with the Revdex.com or if you need a statement from USPS? Thank you for your response. I'm rejecting at this point since it has now been 7 months since my request to stop delivery and nothing is being done about it. I'm curious as to how this is a post office issue. Are they the ones who create and print the current and choose to send to all residents in Carmel?

I am once again contacting our mailer and the PO to remove this address from our delivery list.
