I am writing in regards to a complaint made by a guest with the ID number of ***, that stayed here at the Quality Inn on February 29th for one night, in one of our Non-Smoking roomsHer complaint against Quality Inn is that we charged her a $cleaning fee, this is a true statement,
however the guest signed our policy that stats we charge this amount, not only if the room has been smoked in, but also if the guest brings marijuana into our non smoking room as well, due to the intense smell of marijuana we have to put the room down for two days to let it air outNot only did one person check the room, but three different people checked this guests room to indeed make sure marijuana is what the smell was in this guests room, also pieces of marijuana were found inside the trash canWe did not lose her deposit, the front desk attendant was just trying to find someone to check the room, before she ended up checking the room herself as wellI, the GM was contacted about this case, at the time in which it was going onI told the front desk attendant that, because three different people checked the room, that I was not going to give her deposit backWith this letter I am sending along a copy of the folio that the guest signed which in fact states the policy of the hotel with her initials that she read and understood the policies. I am a new resident of DelawareFortunately I am a cautious consumer, who immediately realized this was a commercial marketing gimmick and checked the Revdex.com site

A wonderful experience, hotel staff were courteous and responsiveThey have obviously upgraded the rooms

Company refuses to provide evidence they did the work contracted for
I own a duplex at *** * *** **in ***, NC that I have contracted CRI Properties of Jacksonville, NC to rent and manageBecause the previous tenant had done significant damage to the walls, I authorized The Maintenance Medic (the maintenance division of CRI Properties) to complete repairs to the walls and paint in order to bring them up to an acceptable condition for the next tenantOn May 24, I received an estimate for painting and I authorized The Maintenance Medic to complete approved paint work on my property totaling $
At that time, I noted that I would like to get pictures of the completed workAt the time that I authorized this, I asked for photos of the work so that I could have a sound basis for determining whether the current tenant inflicts further damage, since CRI Properties has proven themselves unwilling or incapable of doing this following move out of previous tenants

My hotel room is entered randomly using a card allowing public to see me naked, my body wash was stolen while I was gone
I have used Quality inn on Jameson for many monthsWhile checking in they notify me that check out is at My hotel room is often entered during early mornings by cleaning staff without permission they have seen me naked on many occasionsI have made verbal complaints to their receptionist numerous times
On Thursday 5/24/I rented a room from quality, on Friday 5/25/coming back to my room from breakfast at 10am a cleaning staff had already taken the sheets off my bed and was in the bathroom cleaning I gather my belongings noticing my body wash is missing I asked the present cleaning staff she replied she hadn't seen itWhile checking out I resurfaced my missing body wash, the manager was very rude stating that they're not responsible for missing items although I hadn't checked out yet and they allowed their staff in my roomHe even said that he want

This letter is in regards to a complaint submitted about our business on 08/01/2016 assigned ID#[redacted].Customer: [redacted] Brooklyn, NY [redacted]This guest had a Pre-paid No Cancel reservation at our hotel for 5 nights. The first nights stay this guest complained to the front desk...

agent on duty that he had became very itchy and thought his room to have an unpleasing smell. The guest did have a conversation with the front desk on his thoughts to possible causes a couple of them being allergies to bedding fabric or possible bed bug reaction or pesticides. Due to a plumbing issue on another floor that would have disrupted this guests stay in this assigned room along with guest concern management made a request to change and upgrade this guests room. This was excepted by the guest until later in the evening the guest elected to leave the hotel complaining of difficulty breathing and the same odor in his new room.The next morning the guest was contacted and informed that after a room inspection there were no infestations found and that we use no pesticides in our treatment of bed bug cases. Guest satisfaction is a main priority at our hotel and due to the guest not being happy we extended our apologies and made an exception to issue a refund for the remaining days not stayed. As we are unable to determine hotel fault/cause of guests reported reactions there will be no further refund issued.If there are any questions feel free to contact me anytime.

I am rejecting this response because: The quality inn really provided horrible service, they refunded me one days stay but not the whole amount I initially asked for a refund. There was no care when I expressed my concerns about the hotel, and its conditions that were unacceptable. I would like to have a full refund of the remaining two days that I did not receive. I will never stay with this hotel again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I am highly disappointed

Quality Inn had several months of negative reviews prior to our staying there.  These reviews clearly show the same issues as I had.  Nothing was done to improve the safety and health issues prior to our staying there.  This hotel had full knowledge of the rooms condition.  They show, on their website, a clean and comfortable looking room. which is not what we got.  Our room looked nothing like the picture.  As one quest stated in regards to their stay, ," our  room was like entering a third world country". When we complained we got no response and you didn't even attempt to correct the issues.  You advertise a nice clean room then knowingly put your guests in a worn down filthy room  Then you refuse to do anything about it and refuse a refund.  You have committed blantant false advertising and, in my mind, fraud.The only e-mail I got from you stated that you could not find our reservatiion numbers and I immeditaely e-mailed them to you!!!! I never heard from you again.I had advised you that I was calling the NYS health department so you had plenty of time to fix the issues before they came.  I am not interested in what you have done now, I am only interested in the health and safety issues I had to endure, due to your lack of concern, when I stayed at your hotel.  I will never stay at your hotel again so a credit is useless. I want a full refund!.   I would like to see a copy of the NYS health departments report because there are still on-going negative reviews of filth being posted on your website.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I understand everything stated, but I would never make up any accusations or experiences. If the curtain wasn't mold then it was blood. Either way it was stained and the hot water issue was at 2am that visit so that may be why no other guest "complained". I'd like the free room to be able to be used at any location due to the fact I travel for my business and most likely will not be returning to that hotel solely due to I may not be in that area again in the near future.  If that is able to happen then I am satisfied. I did call the hotel 2 times this morning and both calls was recorded.. I did not use any foul language. I called the 1st time to leave my name and number for the owner to call me to discuss the issue then I later called a 2nd time to  Address of false statement  that was made with Choice hotels.. that was also on a recorded call... I also have pictures of the blackmold in the room.. I can provide to the Revdex.com. Like has been Provided the choice hotelsand the  Health department...  thanks
