The room was filthy. There was what appeared to be blood from needle marks and a dead coach roach on the top blanket when you pull off the top decorative blanket, so I know the sheets weren't changed. I'm still freaking out that one of us especially my kids may have touched the blood. When we called for new sheets (it was midnight or we would have just left) she brought them but when we asked for 2 sets. She told us to come down to the desk and get them because she's busy. So she handed them to us and we had to change them ourselves. After all this the offered us 10% off. I have tried call corporate, they can't help me because the hotels are independently owned. I have tried calling the manager, ***, to speak with her, or her boss, and no one will speak with me or return my calls.

Refund A full refund at the very minimum. This is honestly ridiculous.

In regards to the guests complaint first off we do apologize for there unpleasant stay. For Ms. and her family's 1 night stay they never informed us of any of the details she states in her complaint. However, guests did appear to have an issue with the hotel being independently owned by an Indian family by leaving scraps of written paper all over the room when departing that said, "you're president is Donald Trump" and "you will be removed soon". Again we do apologize, however they were put on the do not rent list, we will not be giving any more of a refund. If you have any further questions or concerns please call XXX XXX XXXX Quality Inn.

This is false. They were informed of our issues. No scraps of papers we left, but we would not return anyways. I would suggest that all other guests about this property. It's truly a safety hazard.

This is the same complaint from March 30, 2018. We were unfairly treated and kicked out of the hotel because they thought we were going to have a party for my 12 year old grand daughter and they have a no party policy. My son and his ex-wife did not want to go to either house and my 12 year old grand daughter wanted to swim for her birthday, so I made reservations through Choice Hotels, XXX-XXX-XXXX for March 30, 2018. By the time I got there, my kids were already given the room and a had decorated it for my grand daughter. My son met me outside to say they said I needed to pay for the room right away, so I handed them my ID and Debit card,(very unfriendly) they said since it was not a cc they had to put a deposit on card, I said that's fine. They shoved a paper in front of me and said to read it and sign it, so me thinking it is just a formality, sign the paper, and that's when the staffed turned horrid. They started shouting at me my son shouted back at them to stop shouting at me, I am perplexed thinking I am being punked they called the cops and kicked us out. I have just been informed that the complaint I filed with you around March 31-April first you sent it to the wrong hotel. This Address is Quality Inn, *** XXXXX I also filed a complaint with Choice Hotels around those same dates and their case# is XXXXXXX. I need to know what happened and why we were treated that way and thrown out of their hotel. My 12 year old grand daughter burst in to tears on her birthday, and her 4 year old brother, was scared of the police when they threw us out, but we were already leaving, and told the staff we were leaving, the cops knocked on the door and told us we had to leave and we were already packing up taking down birthhday decorations to leave. What happened. I am a professional and I would like to know how on earth this got so far out of hand. We went to another hotel 10 minutes down the road and had zero problems.

Desired Outcome

Contact by the Business I need to know why this happened, it was a traumatic experience. I need answers. Choice Hotels says Quality Inn gave a verbal apology but would not put their apology in writing. I cannot believe that in this day and age something like this happened and I feel that it was unwarranted and scary.
