Quality Inn

At the time of room rental, we were informed that there would also be a $50 deposit required on the room and that our deposit would be refunded upon check out providing all hotel rules were met. After enduring an extensive list of reasons for not getting our deposit back (i.e. cigarette smoking, theft, etc.), we agreed that we could comply and proceeded with the rental. Upon checkout, we were then informed that the deposit would not be returned for up to 3 business days which in my opinion constitutes unfair business practices being that we were not told this information up front. Consequently this happens 2 days before Christmas!!
