quickly.The president John S[redacted] called me yesterday. After a discussion that this was not the contractor nor electrician's responsibility and that the seal on the electrical meter was not necessary, he called Cleveland [redacted] Co. John said he had to talk to a supervisor and was told the [redacted] co had notes that the repair was due to an update which is incorrect. This was due to a house breakin and at this point, I don't fully trust John. Anyway, the [redacted] Co came out today.  They replaced the electrical meter with a new updated meter and added the seal.  This is all I was asking for since the [redacted] co insisted that the electrician usually calls for inspection & seals and they would not send out an inspector without a permit.I would never refer Quality Insurance Repair Inc. to anyone because they told me they would look into this and call me back three different times and I had to call them just to find out nothing was done. Also to say this seal on the electrical meter is not necessary and once my house sold, it would not be my problem is not true.  Now, with Revdex.com's help, one call from the contractor to the [redacted] Co, this issue was resolved in one day.
