This is in regards to complaint ID [redacted]. The first two cooktops that we were sent out with were 36" wide not 30" as needed. Ordering product has nothing to do with our company. The third unit was 30" but required tile counter to be cut to make it fit. This work is not covered in standard install...

charge. Customer was quoted price to do this additional work, refused and canceled job. The units were returned to [redacted] on 9/28/16, 10/6/16 and 10/26/16.

They did not ask us to return call. The installer called at 5:30. Asked us if the new dryer had been delivered. We had no idea it was not coming on installer's truck as the original dryer. Installer said he would get back to me. I called quality kitchens left message. I called S[redacted] and they said they would leave message. Company has Saturday business hours. Monday morning at 10:30 they had made no effort to reschedule. When I contacted them they were defensive and kept referring to their internal order form that was obviously incorrect. They made no effort to get the matter resolved - to,d me to deal with S[redacted]. S[redacted] says nothing except they have to deal with the installation company. More than a week largest I still have no dryer.

Review: On Saturday 7/13/2013 this company called our phone. I saw their number from caller ID when we got home. I filed a complaint with donotcall.gov but called them this morning to complain. The woman who answered the phone insisted that we must have done business with them (not true), so I asked to speak to the manager. I told him that we were not to be called again and he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: And a promise to stop spam calling.
