Last September we performed some lawn renovation work on Ms [redacted] lawnThe day we did the work Ms [redacted] was home all dayWe started work in the back lawn while she watchedWe brought in some processed topsoil to back fill several areas as needed and the lawn was seeded using our power seeding machineAs is our standard practice we power seed in a cross-hatch pattern (several directions) and finish with Core Aeration and Over Seeding for better results than power seeding aloneWe seeded the front in the same manner as the back and once finished Ms [redacted] paid us in fullA couple of days later Ms [redacted] called me to express concern that while she was watering the newly seeded lawn that there was a lot of debris left in her lawn, rocks, soda can tabs and other debrisI explained to Ms [redacted] that prior to seeding the lawn we had installed new blades on our machine and cultivating and watering the lawn it will bring any buried debris from the existing soil to the surfaceMs [redacted] disagreed with my explanation and said that the soil we used was "garbage"I told her we purchase all of our processed topsoil from Earth 1st and it has always been top gradeAfter approximately a week or so I drove back to Ms [redacted] to check on her lawn and found it to be doing great.A couple of things Ms [redacted] failed to mention in her statement was that we Core Aerated the whole lawn at no charge and that we used way more than the lbsof fescue seed than was listedMs [redacted] paid us in full at the time of service for the work we performed, she was given a receipt and had watched us most of the dayI would like to know why she is just now saying that the power seeding was not done right, and if there was a problem why was it not addressed prior to payment.I disagree with Ms [redacted] that the lawn renovation was not seeded properly, it was done to our standard practice and because of this there will be no refund for any of the service we provided to Ms [redacted] at the property location of [redacted] Regards, [redacted] , Owner/OperatorQuality Lawns
