I recently filed a complaint against this company. reference number [redacted] I will attach a copy of the narrative of that complaint in this section. My initial complaint was delivery issues. That is still a problem but I also wish to amend it to be a customer service issue. The result and agreement of that complaint was the company said it would ship my ammunition out within 7 days. it has now been nearly three weeks. No word from them, no shipping, and no ammunition.....here is the narrative from my original complaint. Complaint Details On Feb, 12 2016 I made an online order for 3,000 rounds of ammunition from this company. Their web site stated that the money would not be withdrawn from my account until the order was processed. The site also said it was currently taking 6-8 weeks to fulfill the orders. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account and after waiting 6 weeks I had not heard from the company, or received my order. During the 7th week I began trying to contact the company to verify that my order would be shipped the following week....I telephoned, emailed, tried contacting them on their "contact us" section of the web page and tried contacting them on their "live chat" section on their web page...no response. I kept trying this for three weeks, Multiple emails, telephone call without any contact at all. Finally after 9 or ten weeks I received an email apologizing for the delay in my order and that it would be shipped out asap. I received part of the shipment on April 28th. It was 1,000 of my 3,000 round order. The package was shipped via FedEx and marked 1 of 3. I immediately contacted FedEx and they verified that the first box, of three was delivered to my house but the remaining two boxes were never transferred to them for delivery. Still today, the two remaining packages have tracking numbers and show "pending" I have tried numerous times to contact this company regarding the remaining portion of my order....via email, phone, and internet....I have only received the email mentioned earlier. The phone number they give on the web site is set up not to record messages, they do not respond to their emails, They have a "contact us" section on their web page and a live chat link on the page that they do not respond to. In order to get the best price on this order I shipped them 3,000 empty brass casings for them to reload. They are still holding 2,000 of them. Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation) I wish to have my order completed and shipped to me asap. If this is not possible, one third of my order has been completed. I would want a refund on 2,000 rounds of ammunition. If they choose not to complete my order I request 497.98 be refunded to me if they choose to keep my 2,000 empty shell casings. The discount per thousand shells was 68.48 (price set by Quality Made Cartridges) If they choose to ship them back to me I would request 361.02 This would be the refund amount of the ammunition not supplied to me as ordered and the empty cases being sent back to me.
