In response to the complaint; here is an explanation of ourcompany's seasonal promotion (and may we add this is the 4thyear our company has run the same promotion).In the customer's complaint statement: the customer wrote:"advertises:that if you purchase $gift card; you will receive$IN GIFT

When Mrs [redacted] rudely came in she goes I want my $100 back this was mis advertised. I go how she goes I wanted $100 free. Long story short we would be out of business if we did that.  And we have been running this promotion for 3 years in the 3 years I have not had such a rude individual....

 We did refund her money and we did sell over 3000 gift cards I feel bad someone wants something they in their head did not read the advertisement.  Attached is an advertisement  It clearly says buy $100 on the bottom get $100 in gift cards she wanted it all on one gift card.
