In December Quality Mechanical Service was called to fix a *** refrigeration system unit in the *** Providence location address *** *** ***We had inspected the issue and determined the system was in need of a digital temp control and a temp sensorThis is so the system maintains its
proper tempQuality Mechanical Services did not receive another call from this location until months later in JulyShe made a complaint that the temp readout was reading incorrectlyParts are not warrantied past monthI had my business admin check wit the manufacturers of the partsI informed her of this factShe still insisted we come back, so to make her happy, we returned to the location FREE OF CHARGE In July of Our service tech *** cleaned the dirty condenser coilI would also like to make the point that we service many commercial locationsIf you do not have your system serviced and cleaned at regular intervals...your system risks malfunctions from neglectThe temp was checked and system was functioning fine after the free of charge serviceWe chose to not go back because we felt we have done all we can do at this point in time to appease the customerOur service tech even stated the owners husband came in during the visit in July and an argument ensued between the two of them over financial matters making him feel very uncomfortableThe bill she is referring to that was paid was the invoice in December Please let me know if the Revdex.com needs any more info to clear this matter upThank you.

Dear Revdex.com, When *** came back to my store in July he had told me that the temperature display was not displaying the correct temperature he had taken with a probe I was told by*** that he would come back and fix the issue once again. I was told something different from what this company claims they had told me on their last visitI called back after this to find out when they would return to service the unit I was told they were very busy and would come back to fix it as soon as they couldTheir statement that "The temp was checked and system was functioning fine after..." is untrue since I was told differently. I think the decision to "chose to not go back" after I was told twice (in person and over the phone) that they would return, is highly unprofessional. "Our service tech even stated the owners husband came in during the visit in July and an argument ensued between the two of them over financial matters making him feel very uncomfortable." I do not have a husband nor was there any man present at my store that claimed to be my husband No one complained about any "financial matters" All I want is for my unit to read the true temperature and for Quality Mechanical Service to keep their word to fix itThank you.Regards,*** ***

proper temp. Quality Mechanical Services did not receive another call from this location until 6 months later in July. She made a complaint that the temp readout was reading incorrectly. Parts are not warrantied past 1 month. I had my business admin check wit the manufacturers of the parts. I informed her of this fact. She still insisted we come back, so to make her happy, we returned to the location FREE OF CHARGE In July of 2016. Our service tech [redacted] cleaned the dirty condenser coil.
