My husband took his truck for a repairThey kept the truck for the whole week and finally told him that they fixed the problem and charged him more than $4,He got the truck back and after driving it for awhile found that it still had the same problem as beforeHe called them and they said that they are very busy but to bring the truck the following week and they will check againThe second time they said it may be something else that was causing the problem and wanted $3,more to try to fix itThen my husband called the dealer and after talking to a service person over there found out that it might be something different than what this repair shop was telling himHe told them that they need to fix the problem that he initially had without a charge because what they repaired wasn't the issueThey said they are very busy and he needs take the truck to the dealer and pay them to find the problem first and then bring the truck back and when they have time they may look at itSo they took our money for something that was not the cause of the problem, my husband stayed home for a week without being able to work and now he has been given the run around for two more weeks
