I'm really not sure how I can helpMrs*** purchased a carport on 11-14-At the time of the purchase she was to only pay the 10% deposit and then pay the remainder after installation was completeMrs*** insisted that she wanted to pay for the carport in full at time of orderShe
then wrote a check to my company (#***) for the carport ($1385.65)Standard business practice with any personal check is to wait business days to ensure that check clears without issuesThe 10th business day was 11-29-( as there was thanksgiving holiday in that time period )I then issued and mailed check to All Steel Carports for the carport in question on 11-30-Mrs*** then showed up at our dealership demanding a refund on 12-1-I told her that payment on her behalf had been sent to carport company and she would have to contact them for any type of refundMrs*** did not purchase a product from my companyShe purchased a carport from All Steel CarportsI followed every standard business practice and handled all aspects of this transaction as I should haveIt clearly states in contract that she signed with All Steel carports that the 10% deposit that she should have put down at time of purchase is non-refundableI have attached a copy of the contract she signed for reviewI am no more than a purchase station for the carport companyI am a used vehicle dealershipI am sorry if Mrs*** experience with carport is not what she had hoped for but this entire process has very little to do with my companyIf you have any further questions please contact me Sincerely, Jason A***Quality Motorland of Logan
