Missouri law states that a title must be provided within 30 days of of sale. She made a complaint less than 3 weeks of sale date. I let her return vehicle, so that we would not have any further issues.

I purchased new tires since a plug was put in one of the tires and if it blow out it probably would of killed me. Mr [redacted] bought a 2011 Mazda CX-9 from us on 11-8-2016. At the time of the purchase he was notified that the Mazda had a rebuilt title he signed a Rebuilt Title Disclaimer. Also the Auto Store also paid Mr. [redacted] $750 dollars to take care of the issue he had with his transmission. He cashed the...

check and he signed a mutual release that he would not pursue anything else against the Auto Store. There is a copy of the cashed check and a signed mutual release .
