It was diagnosed and determined that the fuel pump had failed. We special ordered the pump and had it expedited to our service department. We received the pump and installed it on the same day. We delivered the BMW back to [redacted] and he was not charged at all for the repair.

Complaint[redacted] the car salesman at quality motors was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He yelled at me across the business establishment in front of other people stating I was wrong simply because I changed my mind about purchasing one of the vehicles, this occurred on two different occasions. I realized this was going no where and asked if I could speak to the owner and he refused to contact him, but said he was at the other location, so I took a business card and asked him if it was on [redacted] st. and he said yes, which was false information. I am filing this complaint because he was rude, disrespectful, and a liar.Desired SettlementI would just like to file a complaint on their customer service. Business Response I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with [redacted] at our [redacted] location. Rude or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated at Quality Motors. I will speak with the staff at our [redacted] location to acquire more information about this incident. I would like to hear from you regarding this occurrence so that I may determine an appropriate course of action. Please call [redacted] and ask for [redacted].

Someone named [redacted] has been harassing me about payments for my auto loan. She also has been arguing the amount due on it as well. I asked her title and postion with the company, and she refused to tell me. She did continue to harrass me about making another payment. I asked if I could speak with someone else and she refused to let me. I requested to speak with Dave, she also refused and then began to badger and harass me about why I wanted to speak with him. I asked her to have him call me. She said she would, and he never called me. The paperwork she finally sent me for this car loan gives an incorrect amount, fails to reflect my trade in, and the value of my trade in is not applied to my account. I have been requesting this correction since the beginning of this year. I finally was able to use there website to try to contact someone else. I stated that I want this matter resolved promptly, and I do not want her contacting me again. If she does, I'll be consulting legal representation. She not only called me but she sent me an email as well. Also, someone named Tony sent me an email. I replied to him and have not had a response yet. Furthermore, I have been requesting this company to email correspondence to me. This is the first time I have received any email correspondence from them.Product_Or_Service: Ford Expedition Desired SettlementI want a full and complete refund of all monies I have paid for this vehicle including, the money for my trade in, down payment, registration and licensing, repairs, etc. I have another complaint I am filing with you concerning the mechanical issues I've been having with this vehicle ever since I bought it that also have not been resolved. Business Response I have spoken with our customer recently regarding her complaint, and have provided her with a greater understanding regarding the issues that concern her. She understands who Pam is and what her position is here at the dealership. I have explained how her trade in was accounted for on the contract, and that the payment history report she received only reflects the monetary payments made on her account. We have been working with her since February, when she first became delinquent on her account, by extending time to make her payments. She has recently made a payment on her account and has outlined a plan to catch up. I appreciate the opportunity to respond to these issues.Thank you,[redacted]PresidentQuality Motors Inc

Do not buy from this place. Myself, my boss, and his wife all bought cars from this place. His car initially seemed good but there were major hidden issues.My bosses wife never got her car off the lot without the check engine light coming on though they tried to tell her they had fixed the issues.
Mine cost 3800 and had tranny issues on the drive home. They had their mechanic look it over and he tweaked it and said it was something else. It drove for a bit and finally died about a week out of warranty and they offered no help at all. I have replaced the tranny, the master cyl, brake switches, the battery...All of which were "inspected well" before I bought it. Also missed in their "Awsome inspection" was the old owners registration and insurance papers in the glove box! I had a mechanic friend look it over and somehow it passed his inspection so I am also done with him. Either QM likes to share peoples info or they didn't do any real inspection.
Good ol Uncle Vinny and his craptastic kid are basically there to screw you and get paid so if this is what you want please go to a brothel and avoid this place entirely.","neg-1
