I am rejecting this response because:The signatures were in two parts. when I cam in originally to look at vehicle, the one they shown me had the options I needed. Then while working out price, I could not afford what they wanted. So I asked if anything else available that has the options I need. They said yes, and shown me another model. I said I need to test at night for the headlights which needed certain brightness for me to see. they said come back after 5pm when its dark. They said in meantime they will charge my card and do credit app. I told them no, and to wait so I can see if its good. They did not listen and charged my card anyway. This was before anything was signed to take vehicle. I cam back after 5pm, tested the vehicle, and said to them lane departure is not working. Ken K*** confirmed with Orlando and came back to me and said this feature works only above 30mph and and its in truck because it has blind spot, and the options are packaged together. Then he told me I must sign for loan, and rushed me into finance manager, also named Orlando, and both Orlando and Ken stood by dooor not letting me out of room unless I sign. Then they told me come back next week and they will show me how it works. I never went back because it didn't work, and went online to Ford and found out the option is only packaged in 2017, not which is what they sold me. When I complained, they never returned any phone calls. Thank you*** ***

stated budget. He explained to our staff that he simply could not afford it.  We then worked on a second vehicle which he chose himself in our inventory. The complaint that he did not see the alternate vehicle is simply untrue as he test drove this vehicle before leaving a deposit   He was here on Saturday 1/21/2017 at around 10:00am until a deal was agreed upon at about 12:30. He left us a deposit of $500 with the basis that he would come back after dark and test drive the vehicle again at night. He did state he has vision issues and absolutely had to make sure that the headlamps on the vehicle were sufficient for night time driving, as well as test out the auto dimming mirror features.Upon return he test drove the vehicle again after dark and was satisfied with the functions and options it came with. He then went in and signed his purchase paperwork and took his new vehicle home. At no time was there any mention of rushing to sign financial paperwork. On Friday 1/27/2017 he called the salesperson and stated that he was missing an option in the vehicle that he hadn’t mentioned during the sale of the vehicle and he wanted us to take this truck back and give him another one with the lane change departure warning system. It was explained that the only way this could happen was if he traded the new vehicle back in and purchased the higher priced one he now decided he wanted. There was no way myself or the salesperson could have known he needed this feature as it was not brought up on the day Mr. Halasz purchased it. He took a full week to inform us of this issue. He did not like the response he was given by our staff and went on to threatening our staff. On dealerrater.com he rated our dealership poorly and commented that “he hoped he would crash into someone that our staff knows or loves” He also called Ford Motor Credit and threatened to go to their offices  and “shoot one of their staff” if they didn’t rescind the contract on his vehicle. A representative from Ford Motor Credit informed us of his threat and explained that they do record all phone calls. He has been harassing and threatening the salesperson via text message almost daily. He has also emailed the store several times with threatening statements. [redacted] refuses to acknowledge that we could not possibly have known about his need for this option as he never mentioned it being a requirement to finalize the deal.We were more than accommodating to his needs during the sale and only ceased communication after he began threatening our staff. There is no valid basis for this complaint regarding this matter. The customer signed several documents agreeing to this particular vehicle and spent a lengthy amount of time in the vehicle going over features and options before signing any documentation.    Sincerely,    Orlando S[redacted]    Sales Manager

I took my vehicle to Quality Mufflers on Raleigh LaGrange for repairs. Poor service and customer service.I took my vehicle to Quality Mufflers on Raleigh Lagrange on 7/10/15, I beleive it was a Friday.I asked that they do the diagnostic test on my vehicle.I called several times to see if they could tell me what was wrong because my vehicle stopped as we were about to turn into shop. The man [redacted] finally claled back anbd said that I needed a catalytic converter, coils and plugs. They called or I called and they said that my vehicle was ready. The vehicle was picked up on 7/15/15 and the next day or the next week I heard a noise and I called and talked to [redacted]. He said that he would look at it for a fee. I had just spent $800 on those repairs. I could not bring it back. They vehicle was parked until I could take it back. I called several times about them repairing it. I was finally able to get it back there on 8/4/15. I finally spoke to the owner [redacted] and told him that my vehicle was not working properly. He said that my vehicle now has a problem with the motor. He said that he was not going to fix it nor was he going to give me a copy of the diagnostic results. He said as far as he was concerned that they never did any work on my truck. He said I had been driving it. This is not true. The owner ([redacted])said he would not fix the problem nor give me my money back. He cursed a couple of times blaming me. My truck was not making any noise when I took it to him after I got it back from him it made a lot of noise. [redacted], who did the repairs claims that he checked the air which was not true either. I tried to cut the air on and the truck cut off. Also, I explained to [redacted] that I tried calling him several times to rectify the problem; however, he was never there. [redacted](the owner) stated that I wairted thirty days to bring it back which is not true either. Today is 8/4/15 which is under thirty days from the intital day that I dropped it off of 7/10/15. I paid $800 in cash. My first payment ws when I dropped it off on 7/10 of $400, then they were paid and dditional $400 on 7/15/15 which added up to be $800. I have my recipts with their name and dates for my Trailblazer Repairs. My receipt says 3 coils, plugs and cat. conv. The owner said that they did not work on my vehicle and that he would not give the diagnostic results, I am wondering if they did a diagnostic? I paid for it $65 as part of the diagnostic. Clearly, I do not want them working on my truck again. I want my money back. I was cordial when I spoke to the owner [redacted] and he was cursing. I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] at Quality Mufflers & Automotive. They are located at [redacted] XXXXX Desired SettlementI just want my money back. I would like a refund. I do not want ehm to repair my cat at this time because the owner was less than forthcoming with me and I did not like the way he talked to me. I did not use the tone he used at all. I was willing for them to repair the damage that they made, but now I want my money back. Business Response This customer's situation is unfortunate but in no way the cause of, nor the responsibility of, Quality Muffler or it's employees. The vehicle came to us by being broken down inoperable in the street in front of our shop. We saw and went out to try and help. The truck wouldn't run so we helped push it out of the middle of the busy street. The customer asked if we could find the problem. After discussing and agreeing to the diagnostic (which was later discounted from the bill, as discussed, since repairs were made by us) the vehicle was left here. I ran the necessary tests to find out why the engine didn't run. I prepared an estimate for repairs and discussed this with the customer. She then gave approval for the repairs. I made the repairs and the truck ran great. I test drove it personally. I called the customer and explained that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. It was several days later when she came in to pick up the vehicle. She asked me if I used the a/c when I drove it. I did use it and said as much. She said that before her vehicle completely quit her a/c had been inoperable. I said it was evidently working now. Several days after picking her vehicle up the customer called and said it had stalled on her at idle with the a/c on but only at idle and only with the a/c on. I told her to bring it to me and let me look at it. She said she had no money. I told her that it wouldn't cost anything for me to look. She never showed up. Again weeks later she called and for the most part repeated the same thing. Once again I explained that I would be more than willing to look at it for her. Once again she never showed up. Some time later (weeks) her truck pulled into the parking lot here and a man got out. He asked for me. The first words from his mouth were "what are you going to do about this?" I asked about what. He motioned outside and as we went through the door, without even getting near the vehicle, I could here the engine running and it was making noises that after a lifetime of experience (I am a certified & re-certified ASE mastertech) I know mean absolute catastrophic failure of major internal engine components. I said "wow, that's terrible". He said "what are you gonna do about it?" I looked at him and said "are you serious? you believe this to be caused by the repairs done here?" He said he did and was very agitated. I said I thought that was completely ridiculous and irrational. I explained the work we had done and how it wasn't possible for it to have resulted in the engine's present state. I explained to him we took in a vehicle that didn't run. Got it running as agreed. It then left, driving under it's own power with no abnormal noises. He then said if I didn't do what needed to be done to make him happy he would sue. Then began to tell me all the lawyers he would use. At that point I told him the conversation was over. He left. The original customer did call later that day and was informed that we no longer had anything to discuss.
