I posted this review to google, “ The technician cut my skin multiple times on every single finger. I constantly yanked my hand back and yelled “ow” but it just kept happening. They were bleeding!! They are still very sore and raw. The color of the dip polish also did not match what I had chosen. She just kept stating that it was a new bottle and that was why it looked different. I overheard the technician next to me say to a customer “since this is your first time I’m giving you $10 off.” I was not given $10 off for my first time and no one cared that I was clearly upset by my experience. Do not got here. There are tons of awesome salons in the area. This is not one of them.” I then received a very hateful response from the business that basically said I was the one to blame.
This company trimmed my nails and made them way to short, If they felt my nail beds were to short, they should have never filed them until they are bleeding. It is not professional to blame consumers publicly, for poor services provided by their licensed technicians.

We have camera footage of this customer coming into our salon and the minute that she sat down we knew something was wrong. She started complaining right away and had a bad attitude from the start. Her nail bed was really short and she refused to add extensions and our technician apologized for hand filling getting to close to the tip of her short nail bed. After she was done, she said that it wasn’t the color she chose, but she still liked it. And I asked her if she wanted us to change the color and she said it’s fine she still liked the color. She paid for the service and Even gave a tip and said that she will be a returning client. Two days later, this client decides to switch up her story and blast us with false information all over *** and ***. We would be happy to refund her money but she has to take her false reviews down from both our *** and *** page. Thank you.
