Horrible, scam and con artists. [redacted]/[redacted] said he would do plumbing in 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and lay a few peices of tile in bathroom then grout for $700. I paid 500 and he hasn't done anything except plumbing in 1 bathroom. He peed all over my brand new toilet. He left mortar all over my brand new hardwood floors. He refused to come back and finish the work except for more money. He pretended he was his manager by trying to change his voice. I asked for the address to open a civil case against him and he refused to cooperate. Big theif! Don't waste your time or money.

Over a year ago, this guy took my deposit of $6000 to remodel my entire kitchen that was falling apart. He never did anything at all! In fact, 4 weeks later when my cabinets and granite were supposed to arrive and be installed, I found out he was in Puerto Rico for a 3 week vacation. The guy he supposedly left in charge knew nothing about my job. I still gave him the benefit of the doubt but he gave me the run around for the next 3 months.

I wrote to the [redacted] but his response was all lies. After several attempts at an amicable resolution I finally took him to court where he continued to play games and even scam the court system. Even after I received 3 court judgments against him, he still refuses to refund my money. He never did anything! He claims he doesn't have any money but he continues to brag online about all of his vacations and how much money he wins in Vegas (4 times last year).

He is not getting away with this. I am a hard working single mom making an honest living and that is a lot of money for me, pretty much all I had. He totally took advantage of me and apparently several others as well. [redacted]

The owner of this company, [redacted] has changed his number to XXX-XXX-XXXX. We pretty much had the same experience with this guy. He is a liar and his work is absolutely HORRIBLE. Stay far, far away from this bum. If you want to have crappy work done... he is your man. Everything he has done to our house needs to be redone. He has refused to come back and fix it. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this guy! I give him 10 thumbs down! The absolute worst workmanship I have EVER seen!

Dear Friends, My humble request is it is very dangerous and a psychological trauma if you ever get this person originally named "[redacted]". His profile can be found on Linked in at [redacted] He can go to any extent in getting your contract by telling you the best lies in the world so that you can get into a contract with him. His major job is 1. Get a contract signed and he will try his best through his nice words to get some money in advance. 2. He gets some subcontractors who will start working and after half completion with a horrible quality the subcontractors will runaway because he will not pay them. 3. Then he will start not replying to your phone calls and text messages. 4. At this stage the most common lie he will tell is his family got an emergency and is in hospital and he cannot get out of hospital. 5. Slowly he will get people to a stage where either his clients get frustrated and ask him to leave the work or he himself will escape from the work.
Please please stay away from this guy, its OK if you loose money since you can earn it back but you cannot loose your piece of mind for weeks and you cannot earn the time back.

Mr [redacted] charged me $350 as advance payment for painting home interior walls. No show on July 2nd and 3rd and no refund given or calls answered.Mr [redacted] charged $350 as an advance payment for painting services. He was supposed to come in on July 2nd with a crew. No show on the 2nd in spite of having spoken to him 3 times that week and the previous day to confirm the date and time. When asked why, he said he had it on the 3rd July as the date, which was not true !! When I told him that I could not wait for the 3rd as I have other home contractors come in for cleaning and other services and asked him to refund the money, he hangs up on me. I call him later on and ask him again he says that the contract is cancelled and he will not refund or come to paint even on the 3rd.Obviously there is something going on here and it looks like there has been a similar complaint as well.He did not answer my calls for refund.Desired SettlementI had ordered paints from [redacted] and kept them ready. Since Mr [redacted] was a no show, I had to hire other contractors in a rush and pay more for their services. I would like a complete refund of $350 from this company or Mr [redacted].Business Response Pursuant to the signed contract between Quality Painting and Remodeling and the customer, the customer has 3 days after execution of the contract to cancel their contract for a full refund. After the 3 day grace period any deposits made are non-refundable. The contract also addresses postponement penalties. This customer not only repeatedly postponed the start date of the work, they unilaterally canceled the contract after the 3 day grace period had elapsed. I spoke with the customer on June 29, 2014 and agreed to begin work on July 3, 2014. On July 2, 2014 the customer's husband called demanding the work begin that same day. I informed him of the previous arrangement of July 3, 2014 start date. He became irate and again demanded we begin that very day, July 2, 2014. We offered to complete the work as contracted on July 3, 2014. The customer refused and declared they were canceling the contract. Accordingly they have breached the contract and we are actually entitled to 50% of the full contract price. The deposit of $350 is non-refundable.

I paid Mr. [redacted], as owner of Quality Painting & Remodel the sum of $6,800 and he came to the house only one time to work. I met with Mr. [redacted] and agreed to have him perform work on my home on or about April 15, 2015. After several revisions, we agreed on a price of $8,200 to perform the functions outlined in Estimate No. XXXXX on or about April 25, 2015. Mr. [redacted] insisted that I pay a deposit of 2,500 at first, then 3,000 towards the granite before he could start work. I paid an initial deposit of $2,500 as noted on Estimate XXXXX a few days after the estimate. Mr. [redacted] then came to get the monies for the granite countertop as he indicated he needed that prior to work commencement. At that time, I paid 3,000 for the granite and 1,000 towards the balance due. I then purchased a washer/dryer for 300.00 from him (which he kept promising to deliver) I paid a total of $6,800. At that time, he took the front of my cabinets to refinish them. I could not get Mr. [redacted] to come back to the house to do the work. Mr. [redacted] came to the house one time to perform work after that to paint the kitchen. That is it. Over a course of months with my house all taken apart, he would not perform the work. He kept saying that he showed up, but it was not true. I was at the home the day he said he came in the morning. I heard nothing.May, June, July he still did not do the work. At that time, he insisted that he come to the home with only me there and I did not feel comfortable doing that. On one occasion, I had other people there to let him in. He decides to leave and then not wait 10 minutes for me to come back.As you can see from the other complaints, Mr. [redacted] has a tendency to take large deposits and then not show up to complete said work.I never (after repeated requests) gotten the fronts of my cabinets back. I never got the granite that I paid for. I never got the washer and dryer either. I never got any work other then him painting one room. I respectfully request that he return said 6,800 to me. It is only fair and just to return the money to me less $250.00 for the painting of the kitchen.Desired SettlementI want the 6,800 back minus 250.00 for painting the one room.

Did not provide services or products. Will not return monies or phone call.My husband and I paid [redacted] $4000 of a $6000 estimate. He repeatedly showed up late and did substandard work including laying unlevel tiles, poor mudding and sanding of walls, ruining ceiling in which he was supposed to remove popcorn, and improperly installing vanities and toilets. He also had us pay a deposit for granite we never received. Upon asking him to correct aforementioned issues, he became verbally abrasive and stated we owed him in excess of the original estimate, of which he had not completely work included. He threatened us with a lien.Desired SettlementWe want our monies refunded and to be reimbursed for additional expenses associated with fixing thenwork that was done to include wall repair, reinstallation of vanities and toilet, and repair of ceiling. We made it clear work needed to be done prior to wife's major surgery. This has caused undue emotional, physical, and financial stress.Business Response These allegations are false. The [redacted] have stolen various tools and equipment that belong to me and are filing this complaint in retaliation for the filing of a lien against their property and criminal charges being pressed for their illegal conduct. The work was completed at their property as contracted. The quality was approved by the [redacted] They even contracted for additional work to be completed. Once completed, the [redacted] began making numerous threats and refused to pay for the final improvements made on their property. Consumer Response Mr. [redacted] response is completely and utterly false. Upon learning about his extensive criminal past and history of similar complaints against his workmanship, many of which have been filed with Revdex.com, we have determined that civil and criminal charges are mandated. Furthermore, we have learned that his business is unregistered as required by the state of NC. He habitually puts liens on properties that he has run this same scam on. Fortunately, my husband is a real estate agent and we have legal support to rectify any attempts Mr. [redacted] makes to do so. The only compromise is a refund of our monies for work not performed and/or substandard. We sincerely appreciate Revdex.com's attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

Complaint[redacted], the owner of Quality Painting and remodeling is cheater. He took our $2300 for house remodeling and never did any work for us :(We contacted [redacted] looking in [redacted] and we made stupidest mistake by trusting him and gave him $2300 in advance for work ( some tile work and granite work in kitchen and painting) in house. He never showed up and never started work. Even signing contract doesn't matter- he never started work and doesn't response to our phone. He is big liar and cheater. Don't get your self trap with guy, we were in rush and didn't check his reviews and references.Desired SettlementHe took our $2300 and never started the work as mentioned in the contract and we couldn't get hold of him on his cell:XXX XXX-XXXX.He should immediately refund our money.

this company did not complete the agreed upon work for which they were paid. Many appointments made to complete and [redacted] did not show to complCompany was to remodel small bathroom and paint hall. Tile was installed crooked, cement board was not screwed to subfloor and tiles are loose. Paint was one coat only and previous color shows through. Major drips running down the wall. Stained carpet. Did not fully remove job debris. Does not return phone calls, email or texts. His subcontractors have stopped by my house because they have not been paid. This job was begun on January 2, 2016 and was scheduled to be completed in 5 working days. Received a text from [redacted] today telling me not to communicate with him any more.Desired SettlementCompete refund for the monies paid...$3,960 + $1,000 in materials and $800 in plumbing work thast was caused by his subs. work will need to be redone

Paid Mr. [redacted] a $350 deposit which he has cashed for floor installation that he no called no showed for twice after taking an entire week off work Mr. [redacted] took and deposited a cash deposit for the ammount of $350 without ever starting any work on my home for flooring installation. We agreed the installation would start on 10/21/13, I called Mr. [redacted] on 10/20 to confirm the work would start the next day 10/21 he said yes we would be there at 9am. No one ever called or showed the next day. After waiting over an hour I called Mr. [redacted] and he first had me mixed up with another customer and stated "I thought you canceled on us" I replied "no I have already paid you $350 and you confirmed with me you were coming the day before." He then replied "oh I'm sorry I had you mixed up with someone else, this (current) job is taking longer than expected we will be there on Wednesday (10/23). I called him Tuesday night 10/22 and asked again will someone be here tomorrow and he replied yes we will be there at 9:00am. So after taking a week off of work no one ever showed or called again on 10/23. I began to call Mr. [redacted] and his phone was turned off. I began to leave him a voicemail, text message and email stating if I did not recieve my money refunded I would file a Revdex.com case. He later called me back and replied via email that he was sorry and he would mail me a check for $350. I waited a week and then called him back on 11/1/13 asking where my check was and he said that he had the wrong address for me and he would resend the check. As of today 11/15 I still have not recieved my $350 refund from Mr. [redacted] and I have a reciept that he emailed me for the $350 deposit and a copy of the check he has cashed.Desired SettlementI want my $350 back from this guy. I even told him don't worry about mailing it to me I'll meet you somewhere to get my money and he never agreed to doing that. I feel like at this point this guy is stealing $350 from me.

This company was hired to prime and paint the inside of our garage. We were told it would take 2 days. One day to prime it and painting on the 2nd day. They showed up 4 hours late and finished the same day. They did not prime it. They used paint/primer in one and did not put 2 coats on the walls. The ceiling paint was thin and you can see all kinds of flaws. It needs a 2nd coat. I called and told them and they were going to come and fix it but never showed up. They refuse to answer emails and will not answer the phone or return messages. I do not recommend them to anyone.Product_Or_Service: Interior paintingDesired SettlementI want them to finish the job correctly or issue 1/2 refund if we have to finish it on our own.

[redacted]","neg-1
