We are writing in response to ** *** complaint We do give people with poor credit opportunities to purchase vehicles from usOur lenders require substantial down payment if the customer has had credit problems in the past We do not hold vehicles unless deposits are made
The sales person should have returned ** *** phone calls and for this we apologize The vehicle is here and available for sale and if *** *** can arrange his own financing or has a bank required down payment, he can certainly purchase this truckAgain, we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconveniences caused to *** ***

Our response to Mrs***'s complaint is that we would like her to bring the vehicle in to usWe will have our technicians look at the problems she has reported and then decide our course of action Without having seen the vehicle since it was delivered it is difficult to correct any
problem

Painted interior of my home in October 2015. I asked for an Insurance certificate, he gave me one for another company, I asked for a current one, he said he (Joshua T[redacted]) would call his Insurance company and have one sent to me, never did! He completed the work on a Sunday and demanded payment, I paid him, stupid me. his insurance was cancelled, thank God nothing happened on my property to any of his other 3 employees! I called and emailed him a number of times and never got the insurance certificate. I also called for his tax I'd number to 1099 him for the end of the year and he said "oh, I'll send it To you as soon as I get home, (that was on 1/18/16), now he just keeps ignoring me!
He's a [redacted], I called the labor board, they have no record of his company!
