Complaint ID: *** - Quality Pet Service - Shellee S*** - Owner - Vancouver WAThe following is my response to Shellee S***'s reply to my Complaint ID: ***: Shellee S***'s reply to subject complaint is filled with excuses and lies regarding her poorquality of work, overcharging, and my Cocker Spaniel reeking of cigarette smoke My Cocker Spaniel was fully trained for "grooming on the table" by Professional Dog Show Groomersher entire life; these Professional Dog Show Groomers have years of experience grooming Cocker Spaniels It only takes a Dog Show Groomer two hours to groom my Cocker Spaniel and has never hada problem with her Shellee S*** had my Cocker Spaniel for four and a half hours and did a sloppyjob Shellee S*** shaved my Cocker Spaniel's butt down to the skin and unevenly shaved around herface; the shaving was totally inappropriate and unacceptable Also, the trimming around her skirt wasuneven It is quite clear that Shellee S*** is the problem After I arrived home with my Cocker Spaniel, I noticed that she reeked of cigarette smoke.I am a non-smoker and allergic to cigarette smoke Shellee S*** stated I knew her "fees were a bit high" This is not true! If Shellee S*** was goingto charge this outrageous high price, she should have informed me at the time I made the appointment.Shellee S*** charged double the going rate.5, I am no stranger to "good dog grooming." I was going to an excellent Dog Groomer for years.This Dog Groomer is a far better Groomer than Shellee S*** My Cocker Spaniel was always groomedperfectly and was alway neat and clean and very happy to see this Groomer I am now going to a Show Dog Groomer with years of experience and does an excellent job of groomingmy Cocker Spaniel, and has never had a problem with her I have witnessed my Cocker Spaniel on the"grooming table" and behaving appropriately My Cocker Spaniel is

The consumer has a six months old puppy.  They must be trained to the table.  It takes more time to work with a puppy.  We must give it time so the dog will want to come back.  The dog must hold still and put a line on.  The dog does have some training in the grooming...

department.  But rather than rush through and risk possible injury to the dog, I like to provide quality.  We do have an employee that smokes and likes to love on the dogs.  She is working on this by changing her shirt, wearing gloves, chewing gum, etc.  My fees are a bit more expensive but she knew this.
