The customer came with a broken LCD and we replaced it with a new one. It was working perfectly when given to the customer. The next day he brought the phone back with a broken LCD. The LCD part can't break itself without any physical damage...
occuring and anyone with a little experience can tell the difference between a defective LCD and one that has had physical damage. It had physical damage and we can't fix it for free because we have an All Sales Final No Refund policy, however we did offered a discounted price (hundred dollars) which he refused. The customer went to Verizon store and the manager found a way to get his phone fixed or replaced. We called the manager to confirm if she did anything like that , she said yes. She also told that it was a broken LCD. LCD was not defective, it was clearly broken like a spider web.
After he was done, he came to our kiosk and try to discredit and damage our business reputation to the other customers by telling them not to shop here.
We understand the customer's frustration but there is nothing we can do.
