Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Quality Pizza knew we wasn't satisfied with the price and we did call to complainThe lady that took our complaint said she was going to be putting $worth of credit in the computer for usQuality Pizza didn't say we had a time frame to use this creditThe next time we decided to order from them they didn't use our credit just used our saved bank information which I think is illegal without asking our permission firstThen the next time we wanted to use the credit which was months later, Quality told us that there was no credit in the computer and that they recently fired a woman for overcharging customers and then not properly putting the credit in the computerWe spoke to different cooks on the phone that day one of which was screaming so loud on the phone that my mother could hear it across the roomWe decided to just go to the restaurant and thought maybe it would be easier to talk in personOnce there I asked to speak with a manager and the cook at the window said there is no management just her and another cook and that nobody was "the boss" but the ownerMy sister and the woman added up the order and she said that they had overcharged us and that the owner said we couldn't have credit unless it was in the computer and that the cooks wasn't trained to give refunds and tried to say that banks were overcharging customersThis has been the worst case of bad customer service I have ever seenI would like a complete refund of what we had spent that day and I would like other customers that have been there to also know what has happened to us just in case the same thing has happened to them] Regards, [redacted]

[Quality Pizza knew we wasn't satisfied with the price and we did call to complain. The lady that took our complaint said she was going to be putting $40 worth of credit in the computer for us. Quality Pizza didn't say we had a time frame to use this credit. The next time we decided to order from them they didn't use our credit just used our saved bank information which I think is illegal without asking our permission first. Then the next time we wanted to use the credit which was 2 months later, Quality told us that there was no credit in the computer and that they recently fired a woman for overcharging customers and then not properly putting the credit in the computer. We spoke to 2 different cooks on the phone that day one of which was screaming so loud on the phone that my mother could hear it across the room. We decided to just go to the restaurant and thought maybe it would be easier to talk in person. Once there I asked to speak with a manager and the cook at the window said there is no management just her and another cook and that nobody was "the boss" but the owner. Response: The person who filed this complaint has never ordered from Quality Pizza. The business records show no history of this person ever placing any orders from Quality Pizza. The person(s) who have called to complain and who have been to the place of business to complain are neither the individual in whom filed this complaint. However, the people who have in fact complained, have ordered from Quality Pizza after this "incident" and paid in full, with no dispute or questions of credit.The customer that came to the business and disputed with the employees (whom was not the person who complained to the Revdex.com) said that Quality Pizza used their "saved bank information to charge them for their order". Quality Pizza nor it's employees have the ability to see or look up any customers bank information nor can that information be saved, therefore there is no way that the customers "saved" bank information was used to charge the customer. The customer has issued several false allegations towards the business and it's employees. Quality Pizza has been a running business for over 50 years, and has only ever received two complaints.
