Stay away from this company Not only is the work shoddy; they will try to scam you out of money too I hired Ron, the company owner, to remove and install a shower pan on the 2nd floor in my house After he did the work, the p-trap hung down so far that it was below the sheet rock level on the 1st floor He then charged me an additional $to fix it After he had finished the 2nd time, everything appeared OK; I paid him but after he left I noticed there was a slight gap underneath the shower pan He had placed scrap tile from my junk pile underneath the shower pan in order to raise up the p-trap! I called Ron and confronted him about why he put shims underneath the shower pan I informed him that is not how it is done After a short argument, he told me to take it to the Revdex.com or to court Of course, he is not accredited by the Revdex.com Wish I had checked that before I called him in the first place!

I had a bathtub and surround removed and new installInstall was adequate but, not to the specificification of the tub manufacturerThe installer took out the old tub and surround and when installing the new tub and surround the studs were not in the right placeDid they fix the issue, noI had to talke part of the surround nod to put studs in the right placeI was told cappentry and drywall was our responsibility, okI fixed thatNext they left a mess from the bathroom all the way down my stairs and out through my garageThey had to cut a hole in my garage roof to line up the drain, left the mess from cutting the drywall on the ground including the piece they cut outThen when checking the drain it leaked and water went everywhereSo I had to clean wet drywall material off my garage flloorAll of that still ok, then I had a torch to sweat pipes in my garage maybe used twice, right where they were workingCan't prove anything, tried giving thebenefit of doubtI have looked everywhere...can find itWill not use or rcommend this company again
