Instead of this.9.  There is nothing that is not painted that was on the contract.  Just needs touch up.10.  Yes paint on trim because we painted it?This was a deal because I knew her from school.  It should have been a $6000 job. Never at any time did she complain about any of the work.  In fact she always complimented our efforts and thanked us repeatedly.I also have all messages and pictures.Was a verbal agreement for an extra money if we ran over.  I ended with 160 hours at $20.00 an hour, is $3200 and $800 in supplies for a total of $4000.  I never asked her for extra and still have half a day to finish.  We are all quite surprized to receive this because of all we did for free.6. Decks were Pressure washed and stained .  She was there when we did them.7. and I was on the phone with you .  You never asked for a donation but did require a fee to join.1.  This is not true.  The original contract was $3000 with no wood trim.  She added trim for extra $500.  We put 2 coats oil primer, filled all nail holes and caulked all seams. Then applied 2 coats of paint. 2.  Upstairs closet was sheet rocked.3.  All ceilings & walls were painted.  Did not finish closets or touch ups because she never got back to me. 4.  Closets have water stains which were not on the contract.  We didn't see them until after we painted them. I asked for $100 to cover the cost of the primer and paint and would do labor for free.  We did paint them.  We missed one.  They turned brown after 1st coat due to water stains.5.  Could not paint outside of garage door due to cold weather.8.  We did patch wall in bedroom but once again, she didn't schedule me to go in and touch up.
