Good afternoon,The client provided inaccurate information Insisted that we provide full reimbursement but could not verify the cost of the mattress When finally pressed for a receipt she confirmed that she had claimed for more than the loss Claim is also for a mattress different than what is on the complaint We are still working to resolve this with the client despite the conflicting information provided

Hi, Unfortunately as we mentioned in response to the reviews that were left we have not had any claims for TV Damage nor a client under this name. If they can provide a receipt for the move and advise us as to who they contacted regarding the damage we would be happy to be of assistance
but we believe these reviews and complaints are meant for a different company called Professional Mover. They are in no way associated with us. If they can prove it was our move we are happy to be of assistance . *** ***

Good afternoon, I understand you are under difficult circumstances and we are very sorry to hear about your personal situation. We moved you into the units as you hired us to do. We always ask that either you or someone be present to give the movers any specific instructions.
Unfortunately neither you or the office manager of the facility were present to let the movers know that you wanted the items organized a specific way. You clearly told me you were in the storage's office while the unloading was happening, had you been present at the unit itself we could have avoided all of this from the beginningThey would have stayed of course to rearrange the units on the move day itself but it was my understanding you refused the additional charges as it would take more time.Despite all of this we have been willing to work with you. We have even offered to credit the travel charge on your move out which would save you over $off the move out of the facility. Please let me know if you would like to accept the offer so I can reserve a crew for you
