We do not accept orders for servicing without a customer’s approval. Once an order is accepted, it requires a substantial investment to guarantee your service and price for the full term as promised. The last thing we would want is a misunderstanding.
The customer care department has reviewed your account. The records indicate that during confirmation, you were pleasant and specifically asked for clarification on the cancellation policy. After it was re-explained, you seemed to be completely satisfied with all terms and gave permission to enter the order on your behalf. We did not detect anything that would have been considered a misunderstanding.
We have not been able to reach you regarding the recent inquiry. A notice was sent today, if you have any questions please call your service department number.

Company responded via phone as follows:The consumer was sent a close out letter on September 28, 2017.  Her account has been closed, her balance is at zero, and she was placed on our do not call list.

was turned in to our customer care department for a complete review.We do not accept orders for servicing unless the customer gives us permission to do so. Once an order is accepted for servicing, it takes a substantial investment on our part to guarantee the service and price for the full term of the order. The last thing we want is a service problem or misunderstanding.Our records do show that the order was placed on October 1, 2016. The welcome package was actually delivered on October 5, 2016. Our records show that service has been supplied as scheduled. According to the confirmation department the customer had a complete understanding before giving permission to enter the order on her behalf. According to service department notes, they made a payment adjustment last year to allow the order to better fit the customer’s budget. On January 16th of this year, the customer emailed a change of magazine titles and it was completed immediately. On May 13th this year the customer emailed a change of phone number as well as an email change and that was also handled immediately. Since receiving your letter the representative who was assigned to the account has not made contact with the customer. Recently a letter was mailed to the customer. If the customer should have any questions regarding the letter, she should contact her representative. Sincerely,Client Services

Nothing pertaining to being misled on the actual contract.I have moved six months ago and also changed my phone number twice since having any communication with them.Their response does nothing for me.
