was turned in to our customer care department for a complete review.We do not accept orders for servicing unless the customer gives us permission to do soOnce an order is accepted for servicing, it takes a substantial investment on our part to guarantee the service and price for the full term of the orderThe last thing we want is a service problem or misunderstanding.Our records do show that the order was placed on October 1, The welcome package was actually delivered on October 5, Our records show that service has been supplied as scheduledAccording to the confirmation department the customer had a complete understanding before giving permission to enter the order on her behalf. According to service department notes, they made a payment adjustment last year to allow the order to better fit the customer’s budgetOn January 16th of this year, the customer emailed a change of magazine titles and it was completed immediatelyOn May 13th this year the customer emailed a change of phone number as well as an email change and that was also handled immediately. Since receiving your letter the representative who was assigned to the account has not made contact with the customerRecently a letter was mailed to the customer. If the customer should have any questions regarding the letter, she should contact her representative. Sincerely,Client Services
