We apologize you feel we have unethically contacted you. You have since been put on our DO NOT CALL list. We are sorry [redacted] did not comply with your demand to be placed on that list from the beginning, and inadvertently feel that our company as a whole is unable to complete a project. As well, [redacted] is no longer in our employment and again we apologize that his behavior and his failure to respond properly to your demands has reflected poorly on us.

Review: I entered into a contract with this company for some electrical work at my house. I later learned the work was not necessary. I cancelled the contract within 3 days and requested my cash deposit be returned. The company has not returned my money. They do not return my phone calls and the State Contractors Board says the license is in question. It appears I have been ripped off and would like to alert other homeowners of these unethical business practices. Quality Remodeling Design seems to solicit business via random phone calls, I suggest this practice be looked into also.Desired Settlement: Simple, return my deposit as per the contract.

We have came to your home several times with no one there. With you giving the Company $200.00 in one dollar bills there is no way to send them in the mail.

Each time you have called I have told you that our rep will be dropping this off and u were not home the last 3 times we have tried to come back.

The letter that you received from Quality Remodeling and Design is FALSE. Either my wife or I are home everyday. We have NEVER been called by anyone from Quality saying they wanted to stop by and drop off our deposit.

Review: Illegal telemarketing to a phone number on the federal Do Not Call list. Telemarketing agent "[redacted]" called on 3/11/14 at 5:36PM, using caller ID [redacted].

Did not respond properly to my demand for a copy of the company's WRITTEN Do Not Policy as required by the federal TCPA law. Failed to respond properly

to my demand to be added to the company's Do Not Call list.

Company obviously fails to understand and conform the requirements to be in the telemarketing business.

I have to conclude their ethics are deficient, and that reflects on their ability to complete a project.Desired Settlement: Stop calling me, and stop calling ANY other number on the federal Do Not Call list.
