I contacted Quality RRC one evening to try to arrange a quote to replace my roof Their office contacted me promptly the very next day and scheduled a time to have an estimator come look at our house My estimator was Dave Sommers Dave showed up when he promised and was very thorough in his inspection of the roof He took the time to explain the insurance claim process and helped to guide us through the claim He personally met with my insurance adjuster to make sure they were aware of all the damages and make sure everything would be covered Overall, Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with Once the claim was filed, my project was scheduled for the very next week Their crew worked very hard and took extra attention to make sure they did not make a mess or disturb our daily activities The quality of the roofing work is obvious Clean cuts, great alignment, and attention to all the details If you are looking for a company that will treat you fairly, perform quality work, and live up to their promises, look no further Quality RRC lives up to their reputation I will definitely use them again for future projects

I would recommend Dave and Vicki at Quality Roofing Restoration Construction company, they were very professional with my very first experience with purchasing a new roof on my first home I had previous had at total of estimates but they won my business Dave made the experience so easy, he met me on my lunch hours wtih performing the estimate quote, any questions, availability also gave me time to choose the right roof coloring with no pressure Dave was helpful with providing me with additional insurance companies due to my bad experience with the company that I had before but quickly change with the recommendations that save money and better coverage My roof looks really good, I'm very happy

This company was great from beginning to end. Friendly and professional they looked after everything including cleaning up every scrap and old nails. They looked after all the insurance stuff as well. Very pleased with job they did.

He hung in there with us when another company would not. Mr. [redacted] even went all the way to the top of our very slanted roof.

Quality RRC folks were all very good to deal with. They are a preferred contractor with Traveler's insurance. Quality RRC was here one day and Traveler's was here the next to review and approve the work. The work was performed the very next week. All of the contractor employees were also very good to deal with - courteous and polite. They cleaned up well after their work was completed. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The level of professionalism, quality of work, cost, value, and communication are bar none the best of any contractor we have ever hired. [redacted] came to our home to quote a leaking roof and ceiling damage. He took the time inspecting the damage, explaining the challenges, and had the expertise to help us get the claim approved by the insurance company. He took the time to be there with the adjuster and was key in getting the claim approved. After that, the communication with [redacted] and the follow up from the office staff was fantastic. They were always there to help when needed. We HIGHLY recommend the company and they prove you get what you pay for.
