I chose Quality RRC to replace the roof on my home and the following is how I came to choose them for probably the most important part of home ownership I am the homeowner and have personal experience actually doing some roofing work in my past, so, I was aware of the task at hand an expensive task That being said, I called different roofing contractors Two never even called back, not a good sign I narrowed the decision down to two contractors I asked both contractors for addresses of previously roofed homes with same brand of shingles that I wanted to use First contractor gave me two and Quality RRC gave me eight addresses First contractor's address caused me not to got to the second Horrid installationwrinkles & kinks in the tabs, unparalleled lines and small tears in some tabs I know these things because I took HD pictures with 23mps of the roof in order to return home and zoom in close for evaluation I also had binoculars to see closely while on site I informed the first contractor that I was disappointed in the workmanship He stated that it was storm damage Why would a contractor send me to a home to view that had damage and NOT tell me about it before hand I looked at of the addresses Quality RRC sent me and was convinced they were the contractors to hire I took a multitude of HD pictures and could not find any flaws with the installation All homes had a beautifully installed roof The "icing on the cake" is that Dave Sommers, regional claims manager, left another job site to meet the Insurance adjustors at my home, in order to assist me in getting complete coverage by my insurance company At that time, I was 50/if I would get any assistance I am confident in saying that if Dave had not been present, I would probably be funding this project myself If you home owners are planning on doing a roof project, please ask the contractor for addresses to view and then call Quality RRC and compare as I did I believe you will make the same choice I did I'm just glad I did not get arrested in those neighborhoods as a stalker or somethingHA Good Luck Homeowners p.sI needed it done in one or two days since we work nights and had to sleep in a hotel while work was being done Quality RRC sent two crews and got it done start to finish in hours Did I get lucky on scheduling or did they make sure I was taken care ofeither way, I'm happy!

The folks at Quality RRC did an outstanding job fixing a water leak in my home Repairs were made timely, and the quality of repair is superb!

Quality RRC went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us immensely with our insurance claimThis company helped me for over a month regarding our roofing claim There were times that I wanted to give up because our insurance was so frustrating to work with but Dave Sommers helped me and guided me during this process If it wasnâ t for Dave, we would not have gotten our roof paid for through our insurance company They wanted to deny our claim from the minute the adjustor stepped in my driveway, but Dave was there to help in all aspects and I am very grateful for his sincere dedication in helping homeowners He is a very smart man and will do what it takes to get things taken care of Vicki in the main office is very helpful as well and was so kind in helping set everything up I am very appreciative of this company and all the hard work they put forth on our behalf I cannot say enough good things about Quality RRC, so, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for everything you did for us!

I live in Chattanooga, TNand I can't say enough good things about [redacted] and Quality RRC [redacted] called my insurance company immediately after inspecting my roof and got things going When the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof Dave was here to explain any questions the adjuster had I was so thrilled to get his help through all of this The guys who put on the roof did an excellent job After they finished they left the property looking as it did before they started I had some water damage on a couple of ceilings and Dave helped with getting the painters over to my houseThey too did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves The advise, attention and help I received throughout all of this can't be praised enough I would not hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends
