Quality Roofing Solutions in Milton, Florida lives up to their name. They do high quality work. From my first contacts with Ethan and Wanda in the office until the last shingle was nailed on everything was done professionally. They did a complete tear off and re-roof on my house. Buddy and his crew worked through some of the hottest days in July and got the job done timely. Brian the owner came out and lent a hand to make sure the job was done on time. Everyone that I came in contact with knew what they were doing and the roofing job looks great. They offered Owns Corning Tru Definition Duration shingles and the Owens Corning™ WeatherLock® Self-Sealing Ice & Water Barrier as one of their options. I highly recommend you look at these shingles and the ice and water barrier. I really like the sure nail strip built in these shingles. The quality of theses shingles was far superior to other brands offered by other roofers. Now I have a roof that will stand up to the nasty Florida weather and heat.

Rating: F. I believe this company was sub-contracted by another contractor that I was working with two years ago. I have never entered into a contract with this company nor have I received an invoice from this company but they continue to place liens on my real property as a scare tactic or bullying method to try and get me to pay $2,400 for a temporary repair job (that included plywood and plastic) to a deck at my home. $2,400. is totally overpriced and simply not warranted for the minimal amount of work that was performed.

I would not use this company nor would I recommend this company unless there is a written signed contract that describes the services requested, services agreed to, and cost of services.
