timely or professionalmannerThe service work that was preformed on your Motor home was completed as quickly as possible once we received the authority from Coachman on the concerns, the process we need to follow as a warranty service provider is to first gain approval for the work needing to be completedClaims were submitted on 3-21-for multiple Issues as well as 3-25-for a defect in the fiberglass front cap, approval was given to us on 44-and was then scheduled for the body shop that weekThe front bumper had a rust issue that had to be addressed as we are not a General Motors service center, so as a good will to our customer we facilitated the warranty repair at a local GM service center at no cost to our customerWork was completed4-13-Calls were made to the Phone number that was given to us on 3-28, 4-7,4-8, 4-9, 4-no answer but messages were leftThe last service work on your camper was done the week of may 16th, we received your unit on a Monday and you took delivery that same week Friday may 20thAs a service manager I can only offer you my apologies for any inconvenience these repairs have caused and we at Quality RV hope that you will have many years of "Experiencing the Heart of Recreation' with your family in your Coachman Motor homeKind Regards Ronald *** Service Director, Quality RV

I am rejecting this response because: the dealer is blaming their inability to write down our phone # and call the wrong #They also refuse to accept responsibility for their slow service and blame the manufacturerdays to repair a faucet is not acceptable The fact they think it is ,shows why were dealing with thisHowever they pay for a billboard on us hwy to state same day service
