I am rejecting this response because:The business returned to "fix" the driveway on 10/25/2016. What they consider to be done does not look good. I feel like I have no other possibility to get this resolved. He will not return any portion of what I paid. My neighbor, with the exact same driveway, was charged, by this same person, $90. I paid $180. I was only requesting $100 back, so he would still have $80 of my money, but he says he cannot refund any money because he's a "small business." I don't expect to get any satisfaction on this, so I will have the driveway redone next spring by someone else. I will never use this person again. Thanks to the Revdex.com for all you did to help get this resolved. The only satisfaction I could have gotten was to get a refund, but that won't happen. My mistake in choosing this business.
