In response to your complaint:Our office wasn't contacted by the doctor's office, directly, to express their concerns If we had received a phone call from the doctor's office to address this matter, we would have addressed their concerns immediately We ask for the patients insurance information, if they choose to submit it, not their social security number since we don't want them to receive a bill for services rendered This is how we validate that their insurance is active We check to make certain that their services will be covered beforehand, just like the doctor's office has a new client filling out paperwork for services before seeing them And, since all of our calls are monitored for quality assurance purposes, any marketers would be reprimanded for stepping outside of our legally approved script If the doctor's office would have contacted us, we could locate the client's phone number in our database and check for any incorrectly handled calls We appreciate any and all feedback on this matter from our clients and clients-to-be It helps us to improve our company and stay within the circumference of all company, state and government laws.Thank You,

In response to your complaint:When checking back through our phone logs it was discovered that [redacted] had called our office on a wireless device (her caller i.ddidn't state that she was calling from a Dr's office, as law requires) After reviewing the conversations in question, the employee has been reprimanded for improper protocol and has followed through with a refresher training session on proper company procedures We will continue to monitor our employees on a daily basis.Thank You,
