Yes, Quality Service Inc installed a new furnace and ac unit the customer specifically chose the make and model of the units he wanted to have installed.  Quality Service Inc warranty both units for service for 3 years, every time the customer would call we would go service the unit ASAP. One...

particular time the customer called and wanted service right now and we was not able to provide service until the next day, the customer called another company out to service the ac unit and as a courtesy we reimbursed him half of the payment he paid to the other company. I was told today by the customer that [redacted] is stating they will not replace the unit. The customer states we have been providing service to him for over 7 years and he's 100% sure that the unit was installed correctly, but [redacted] is saying this is the only way the unit will get replaced is by the company who installed it or the company which the unit was purchased from.  Last year an [redacted] representative met Quality Service Inc at the customer home and he was told than that the unit was installed correctly. Therefore Quality Service Inc is not liable for the brand and model of unit that the customer chose himself specifically.  [redacted]

This companies repair and customer service are horrible. After accepting my claim through my home warranty company, Quality Service took three months to finish repairing my air conditioner. The person that answers the phone was rude and very distracted while taking my calls, always talking to someone in the background. I would like to repeat THREE MONTHS to repair my a/c, called in June not finished until September.
