Hello, This is issue we have tried very hard to resolve this matter with Mr [redacted] he is unable to accept what our resolution is which is for him to bring us a copy of this photo identification or driver's license so that we can make a copy and for her to sign the form agreeing to the terms and condition of us lending the radio he does not want to do that because he states " my drivers license and ID have my Social Security number on it you don't need my Social Security number so I don't feel comfortable giving you that and I'm not giving you that I will just contact the Revdex.com" have not got an answer at this time we would like along with contacting Mr [redacted] over times since the last email regarding this situation when we have not gotten answers we have gotten hung up on talk to rudely by him and then at times just have not got an answer at this timeI would ask the Revdex.com to please close this case this is taking up our staff's time have to continue to deal with this situation replying to these emails contacting Mr [redacted] come up to us and talk to us in a rude way I will not allow customers to disrespect my staff nor myself just as we will not disrespect them we have made every effort to try to close and resolve this he does not seem to like our resolution.Unfortunately the one resolution that we have provided is the only resolution will be able to provide at this time after confirmation that he has received this email we will no longer offer the solution because this is continuing to take up my staff time and myself Time and we are getting nowhere we're just going in circles as I have stated in previous emails in contact with Mr [redacted] and also the Revdex.com staff managing this case we strive and have strived to make this case resolved and to make him satisfied however we as a company have policy and have things and rules that we have to followAs stated in the first email we are in no legal or company obligation to provide Mr [redacted] with a radio we were doing that as A courtesyHe has came to our office several times being very disrespectful to myself and my customers as an example stating at once while I was with a customer and I asked him to please take a seat or wait in the waiting area while I finish with that customer and he's told me several times he's not leaving our office and at this point we feel that it will be a waste of our time and his time as he stated several times he does not want to keep coming down to our office so with that being saidAfter we have received confirmation that Mr [redacted] has received this FINAL email we will no longer offer the radio we will remove ourselves from the situation and ask the Revdex.com close this case we will give Mr [redacted] five business days upon confirmation of received of this email to set up a time to pick up the loaner radio after five days this ongoing offer as I have stated it will expire we would like to thank the Revdex.com for trying to step in as a middle person to resolve the situation and assist us in making this customer happy however it seems we're just going in circlesNOTE TO ***: If you would like to set up a time within business day of you getting this email we would like for you to pick the radio up please bring a photocopy of you driver licences or photo IDPLEASE CONTACT US AT THIS EMAIL ADDRESS TO SET UP A TIME

We have received a claim from the Revdex.com in regards to claim ID [redacted] We would like to first thank the Revdex.com for contacting us on the behave of this matterThis has become an ongoing situation that needs to stopOn 4/19/we were contacted by [redacted] via Facebook about a BC-Magone Radio he indicated that he would like to come and look at the radio the next day 4/20/He came to our office and looked at the radio and decided that he wanted it we compleated the sale on 4/20/we the understanding that there was no Refunds or Returns as stated in the terms and conditionsAfter days of the customer haveing the radio as we do with all of our customers we followed up with Mr [redacted] to ensure that he was satisfied with his recent purchase from us He stated he was and that he wanted to know if we knew of anyone that could program the radio from him fo receive [redacted] Police frequency we responded back that locally there was a company a company in ***, VA he asked that we contact them as a courtesy we made contact with the company and if I remember they told us that it would be about $for the first half hour of programming we told Mr [redacted] that he said to us that he could not pay that much due to the amount that he had already spent on the radioHe then asked us did we know of anyone else that did programming we told him that we did not, however, he could look online he did so and ask us to help him find someone through eBay we explained to him that was not something we do however he began getting upset because he stated that he "Just had a radio he could not do anything with" We decided that we would go ahead and try and help him a little more we helped him find a 3rd Party seller via eBay that programmed so he and I sent his radio off to this 3rd Party with the understanding that if something were to happen to the radio at any time during this transaction with this eBay seller that Quality Services nor Ebay would be held responsible which is stated in the eBay user agreement after sending this radio off about 4-days later we got the word from the seller that he was done programming the radioThe seller then stated to us via email that he was not going to be sending the radio backOur hands are tied in this situation because the seller is in CA we have bent over backwards trying to help Mr [redacted] in this situation such as we have filed Police reports with both Roanoke police and Milpitas, CA Police we have filed reports with ICalso EbayIn addition to theses things that we have done We called Mr [redacted] in as a courtesy we were going to lend a radio to him while we help him try and retrieve his radio all that we ask he to was Sign a form that stated the details of the item and also terms and conditions of the agreement we also requested a copy of his Photo ID or Driver License that we were going to print a copy of to attach to the agreement once we began talking about the agreement he stated to us he was fine with signing the agreement however he was not giving us a copy of his ID because he says " My social security Number is on my ID and Driver Licenses It is the T number " We began trying to explain to him that his social was not on his ID nor driver licences he continued to state to us that his social was on we then begin to tell him that VA only puts that on your Veterans ID and your social security cardHe then says " that's ok keep it you can't have my Socal I will just call the Revdex.comWe still continue to try and resolve this matter with him we have called him about every day since he left our office we have called an estimated times we have only been able to reach him about of times of the times we hung up stating " I will just call [redacted] and let him deal with it"I was told that he came here one Saturday when I was not here at my office I called him additional times and got no answerWE would love to still help him out however all we would like for him to do is to Sign the form and Provide us with a copy of his photo ID or drivers licenceWe would ask that the Revdex.com please understand that are hands are tied we would still offer the same resolution which from what we understand he wants.We would also love to speak with the person dealing with this case Via phoneShould you have any questions or concerns please contact us.Thank You, -- William NelmsQuality Services

Mr Nelms does not answer the phone number listed on his card the two times I have tried to call him back. 33 calls from unlisted or unknown phone number is not a courtesy it could be considered harassment as I do not know who it is calling. This is the first I'm hearing about this.....( I personally carry the company phone there has been NO tries to contact me at all ) I will do an internal investigation on this further and get down to the bottom of this.....I did talk with J*** personally after I installed the fence and he said he was
more then happy with it when I left and I told him to call when he was ready for us to stain it and he said he would other then that my office called and collected the payment for the remaining on the fence ( we never wait for the stain to be completed to collect on the complicated construction of the fence due to the fact that after the work is done and the customer states they are happy we move onto the next Job and sub out all of our stain work ) but I will investigate this matter and take care of this immediately -D*** C***-

Due to injury we were unable to install this fence we will issue a refund once we receive a certified letter stating that all the customer wants is there deposit back due to the contractor having an injury

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
I totally disagree with D[redacted] C[redacted]’s response to my complaint.  I finally got a response from him the other day saying he would not do anything more with our fence because I gave him a bad review on Angies List saying that we slandered his company.   Responded that we did not slander but stated true and accurate account of his business practices.  He stated that we did not pay for the staining so he would not do that either.  We paid for the fence and stain totaling $2190.00.  The contract was signed for total of $1960.00.  Which means he still owes us $230.00.  We paid for the stain but not the labor until they repaired and stained the fence.  He stated that this was the first time he had heard of the problems which I totally disagree with that statement.  We could only text and email with them because they would not answer the phone and the message box box was full so we couldn’t leave a message.  I have everything documented and when they sent and email receipt for the final payment, D[redacted] the office manager said that D[redacted] was made aware  of the bad concrete job and the wobbly fence and they would take care of it when they came to stain.  Hat was back on May 27th 2017. If you need documentation, I have all that you need. Pictures, emails, and text messages.
