the battery to continually die. The customer returned to our shop on 5/13 to berate our staff and demand we repair his "Brand new" 2003 Chevrolet SS Silverado that he heavily modified (poorly) within the week before our installation.
Even though the problem was not caused by our technicians, we went to his property the very next day (the soonest we were available) to diagnose the problem free of charge. We advised him of how to remedy the problem, THEN REMOVED OUR ALARM SYSTEM AND REFUNDED HIS MONEY at 3:22 pm on 5/14. The delay was caused by the customers' bank after it left our processing system. This complaint Is incorrectly dated prior to the customer's request for a refund. Attached is the receipt showing the original purchase date and refund date. This claim is fraudulent.
