All of his statements are falseFirst of allseveral voicemails over days were left for this customer to contact us to be scheduled and that he was not scheduled until we made contact with someoneWhen they finally called back they demanded service of a specific date and time that we had no way to comply with as all of our techs schedules were fullHe then called me a liar and an aeAnd hung up on meHe wasn't cancled until that pointI called his warranty provider and advised them we would not service this customer For an unknown reason a week later the warranty company resent his service request to us even though we refused the call and he requested a different providerAfter contacting the warranty company again they found that another provider went out and found the same problem I found and it was not a covered repairThe customer is very rude and demanding the warranty company then said not to worry about the call that I shouldn't have received the call and they would reassign to another servicer I was advised by the warranty company that they would contact the customer since there was deffinetly going to be an escalation of the problem with the customer

I have spoke with this customer and have resolved the issue per her new demand over phonewe are sending her a new door panelto her home and she is taking care of the installation of the panelas she does not want any of my technicians in her homeproblem is resolved part has been ordered from vendoron 7/27/@10:amif the product arrives at her home and is not in acceptable condition due to shipping all she needs to do is call me [redacted] ***

I have spoke with this customer and have resolved the issue per her new demand over phone. we are sending her a new  door panel. to her home and she is taking care of the installation of the panel. as she does not want any of my technicians in her home. problem is resolved part has been ordered...
