I purchased a Heater ignitor from this business online for a *** Lite heater for my property's SpaI identified the correct part based off the models spec sheet and ordered the itemAfter arriving, I installed the item according to manufacturers instructions and the ignitor malfunctioned causing the heater control unit to be damaged as wellI contacted customer service several times and could not get a responseI then proceeded to hire a pool repair contractor to install a new ignitor and control module unitThe spa was up and running and the tech concluded the ignitor I received from parts4heating was defective causing an overload to the controlI contacted parts4heating once more and they proceeded to ask me further questions about the specific heater model number, voltages, and pictures of the unitAfter providing this info, they concluded it was installed incorrectly but could send another ignitor for half the costI stated to the supervisor I already had the unit repair
I PURCHASED A BLOWER PART FOR MY PEERLESS BOILER ON 11-15-17, ($600.60)M SPOKE WITH AN EMPLOYEE *** *** , AND PROCEEDED TO ORDER THIS PART ONLY AFTER SENDING A PICTURE OF THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AS WELL AS A PICTURE OF THE SERIAL NUMBER BECUASE THIS COMPANY HAS A NO RETURN POLICY, SO AFTER PROVIDING ALL OF THE REQUIRED ITEMS (ON 11-14-17) AND CONFIRMING WITH THE SALES REP ***, THEY HAD ALL OF THE PROPER INFORMATION AND IF THEY WOULD GUARANTEE THE PART WOULD WORK, SHE CONFIRMED IT WOULD AND I PROCEEDED TO ORDER THE PART ON 11-15-AFTER ABOUT A WEEK THE PART WAS INSTALLED, AND THE BOILER WAS STILL NOT OPERATIONAL, BETWEEN MY HVAC CONTRATOR *** HEATING, AND *** BOIILER CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND TROUBLESHOOTING WITH PARTS4HEATING, NUMEROUS THINGS WERE DONE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT LINES CALLED, I EVEN REPLACED ANOTHER PART WHICH WAS A CONTROL BOARD WHICH COST ME ANOTHER $PLUS LABOR TO INSTALL, I EVEN TRIED TO REPAIR THIS CONTROL BOARD PE
Ordered a board for a furnace, it was a replica by a third party and came in non functional Paid $for expedited shipping on a $board Heat was obviously more important than money but when the professional technician stated that the board was faulty and had me try to return it All the games and excuses started to play out This is not a reliable company and the "manager" will play games to not be held for their faulty products that they sellStay away and buy from a reputable seller
I placed an order on 10/4/for an anti condensing valve after the annual service inspection of my heating unit showed this part had gone bad and was needed to turn on the heatWhen finally receiving the correct part that I had ordered, it was installed and there was heat Now once again for the annual service and I'm being told I need to replace the same part, as it has gone bad, in order for the heat to turn onThis part worked from October till about March when I turned off the heat so this part only lasted just monthsAfter playing phone tag for days and speaking with the two Melissa's at parts4heating I also had to send them pictures of the part from my unit and its wiringNow they said if I give them an additional $they would send me a another partThis is terrible why would I send more money and possibly get another defective partThey need to stand behind their products and take care of their customersI will not do business with this place againOrder #*** Code Item*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Motor, Anti Condensing Valve, EBP

To whom it may concernI recently made a purchase for a product on your website and after ordering and purchasing the product, I was contacted by a gentleman indicating that the company would like to know in what capacity I am planning to use the item and decided to cancel my order Despite this being absolutely none of his business, I responded and told him that I was having my heating system repaired and needed the part He then advised, without knowing anything about me, my experience or my heating system, that the part I purchased could not be bad and he would not sell it to me He then went on to say that without being properly installed the part could have negative consequences on my heating system and my homeI was under the impression that I was able to order any parts I needed from a company selling said parts Nowhere on your website or at any point before I put my payment in, was there a disclaimer that my purchase was subject to the scrutiny of "Craig" and his opinions about what I should purchase and how I should use itBased on this experience I will not be using your company for any future business, I will be making multiple reviews on yelp, social media and reporting my concerns to the Revdex.com Please take this email as a helpful hint in how to improve your customer service in order to retain customers in the future
Horrible to do business with! We ordered a part for a heating system and ended up replacing the systemWe noticed that their office is only the next town overMy Husband stopped by to see if we could re-cover any cost of the partThe woman behind the counter was niceThe so called "manager" was completely beligerent! Wouldn't even come out of the back room for atleast minutesMy husband said he completely understood if they had a re-stocking feeThe Manager refused to even help him and treated him very extremely poor! I would not recommend this company to anyone ever! Horrible!
