I purchases a Washer from themThe 1st washer they brought had an issue and they brought me another the very next day with out hesitation, and im happy to say its been the best washer ive ever owned

I purchased a used refrigerator over weeks ago from these people which they loaded on my sons trailer and he brought it home to plug in and find out it only got to a temp of We called the store but was unable to transport it back as the trailer was not oursThey came the next day and picked it up and later called us telling us the appliance was damaged by us and would need repairsince then the last weeks with out a fridge we have called asking for our money back or our repaired fridge they have gotten rude, loud and very unprofessionalTo this day it is not fixed and redelivered nor have we gotten our money back

We went to this location to purchase a washer after the motor went bad in the one we had The owners were very nice and explained that it would cost more to fix our old washer than to just get a new one They helped us select a washer that met our needs and was affordableWe are very happy with our new washer and have had no issues at all since installing it in our home The owners of the business were knowledgeable about all of the different brands of washers and what we might expect performance-wise from each one They were very helpful in assisting us with our selection and making sure we were happy with our purchase Thank you very much!

They sell non wo rking appliances and want a 25% restocking fee to return defective equipment. We put a stop payment on the check because I read the complaints the day after we bought from them, realizing it would be the only way to get justice.

On June 6, 2016 my husband and I went to Quality Used Appliance Repair for a problem with our 6 year old Maytag refrigerator. After reading the booklet that came with the fridge and checking on the internet we were pretty sure a board had failed in the door. Everything worked but the panel could not be reset and would not stay on for any length of time. Not knowing who to call we stopped in there to see if we could get an appointment for repair. We told Lisa our story, she asked a bunch of questions and in the end suggested that we go home, unplug the appliance, wait 5 minutes or so and then plug it back in. She explained that sometimes during a power surge things like that happen to these new electronics. She asked us to call her with the results and if necessary she would schedule a service call for us. We had a hard time believing it but it actually worked! She also explained to us that we could actually purchase a water filter at a nearby store and not have to order it special. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very positive..She said they would be glad to help us any time we have need of their services and believe me we will remember that and pass ** on to our friends. It was an very positive experience which we don't see much of nowadays. Thank you Quality Used Appliance and Repair. I'm sure we'll see you sometime in the future.
