Hi, thank you for the emailI have talked to my credit card company before I put this complaint in and they have not received the money back from themThey said they have tried to contact him but no response. I have tried to contact him as well leaving messages saying the money has not been credited back into my account and I received no responseI “reject” his response.

Ms. [redacted]'s card was issued a refund back to her card for the $600. If Ms. [redacted] has still not been credited back from her credit card company that is out of my control. Sometimes credit card companies can take a few weeks to refund it to the customer. as far as our end, her money has been returned....
I wish [redacted] had called either her credit card company or us, to confirm the refund. That way there would have been no miss communication, or hard feelings.
