Quality works llc, is one of the most professional companies that has ever done work for meOutstanding, excellent service They will go above and beyound to earn your business I have experienced this first handI changed insurance companies in April of so when Ken came and asked me about the roof I told him I just changed insurance companies and I didnt want to involve my new insurance company in this matter, he said the damaged had been done while I was under the previous insurance company and they would pay for it, I didnt believe, but I have to say that was exactly what happened, after talking to Ken and he did his inspection the very next day I was approved by the previous insurance company to put a new roof on my home I can not say enough good about this company and their representive Ken My roof was installed today prompt and on time started at am and finished at pm same day, I am so impressed with the quality of their work I would recommend them very very highly

I found myself with a roof that needed to be repaired I called different places and the response from most companies was not warm and many did not really seem like they needed the business This was to be an insurance claim and most companies wanted payments prior to the job being completed and were not willing to help me out any without nickle and dimeing me on every little request I came across Ken with Quality works and found his professionalism and people skills to be very good Ken was able to work directly with my insurance provider and showed them the places that were faulty His participation in the inspection process allowed for the approval by my insurance provider to pay for the roof Ken did not require any money until the job was completed to our satisfaction He also provided a couple of nice upgrades at no exrtra chargeIn addition, he was very patient with us in trying to get our payment from our insurance company He never called us once pressuring us for payment Once we received the payment we called him and he was out the next day to pick it up personally and asked if we have any more questions about the work He did one last look over the the completed job prior to leaving Ken was also on-site many times during the install and made sure all the county requirements and upgrades were identified and installed The workers were very friendly, considerate, and did an awesome job Ken ended up doing my whole street and all the neighbors were very satisfied and their roofs look great Prior to selecting Ken I visited about of his completed jobs in the area and they all looked great I was very impressed with Ken and his kind heart I was very impressed with the service and still recommend him to everyone I know that needs a roof Keep up the good work Ken!

We had a great experience working with Ken and his company, Quality Works He helped process our insurance claim, which was an easy and straightforward experience My husband was actually out of the country and Ken was able to help me choose color and type of shingles, and show me several other houses nearby who had used him so I could see what the shingles would look like on similar styles/color of homes I talked to several other people who used him who were all very happy They did a great job on our roof they were kind, worked long hours to get the job done in just a few days, cleaned up thoroughly and communicated well We recommended him to others, including my father in law, who had great experiences with their new roofs tooDefinitely recommend!

Great job by Ken getting my roof replacement done quickly and done right. This was the first time I had work done on my roof, and everything from start to finish was explained so there were no surprises. Ken and the roofers were very courteous and professional. They handled all of the details and the process was made as simple as possible. Ken was very accommodating and flexible, willing to work with us, very customer-focused.
