I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I had signed the contract with contractor, they had to provide liability insurance and plumber licence for the bathroom renovation. The contract didn't stay the deposit is non-refundable.
Contractor had got back to me on 12/**/2015 and only refund $500 to me from total $2000 deposit.  They paid $800 to plumber licence to C&T Plumbing & Heating company, but I have not received the proof of payment.  I will request refund from C&T Plumbing & Heating if contractor provide the return check of payment.  They also said no refund from the liability insurance issued from the contractor's company, that cost $500.
However,  this is not fair for the consumer.  The insurance is issued for the job, if the job is cancelled.  The insurance should be canceled and no charged.  
In addition, the insurance they issued is not met the requirement from Kaled Management Corp, they need minimum coverage for $1,000,000.   Please see attached sample insurance.
Also, I had proof of email to the Priority agency to cancel the liability insurance on 11/*/2015.   The agency got back to me no premium had charged for the insurance. 
Contractor should refund add'l $500.   I already agreed to pay $200 for all paper work they did.
