pending and we shall wait for the response from [redacted], the board investigator. Patient had an appointment on Feb. 11, 2016 and never showed up. We have been in dentistry for 20 years and have never experienced constant harassment from the patient and daughter. We have recorded their messages and texts and they refused to communicate in a decent manner without calling us names and using cursed words. The doctor and patient relationship is no longer a healthy one. I recommend that patient should seek a legal counsel to represent them to resolve this matter.
